I went to Scott Holmes for a series of treatments regarding pain in my lower back. Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable as he took me through a series of tests to diagnose my condition. After my initial appointment, he stayed in touch with me to make sure my condition was improving. The series of exercises he walked me through was uniquely tailored to my specifications and I felt a tremendous improvement in mobility almost immediately! I highly recommend Holmes Physical Therapy to anyone suffering from any level of neck or back pain as well as those people who simply want to increase their mobility as it relates to your everyday life.

Scott has been everything I hoped for in a PT. After back surgery I went to a more traditional PT in person which helped initially, but then pre-surgery pain started coming back so I looked around for a different approach and found Scott. I went through his 8 session recode program (virtually, as I live in a different state) and within 2 sessions the pain that was coming back from the other PT's exercises were gone. Beyond that, Scott has given me a framework for learning to move better and head towards less and less pain as time goes on. Lastly, in the year after our sessions I have occasionally reached out to him with issues and questions, and he has generously helped me even though I wasn't still a paying customer. He truly cares about his patients and to me that is the number one thing I look for in a healthcare provider. If you are in pain and don't know what to do about it, he's your guy!

I came to Scott with a pinched nerve in my neck that was really painful and inflamed. The pain was radiating down through both arms and into my hands. From the first visit, Scott was extremely thorough in his approach to helping me through the pain. He developed a plan of action through a series of stretches and exercises. By the second visit, the level of pain had minimized and my range of motion increased as well. After a couple of more visits, I was able to completely get back to normal activity. I would highly recommend Holmes Physical Therapy to everyone. Scott Holmes is simply the best!

I highly recommend Scott Holmes. I have completed a round of therapy sessions for my shoulder and neck. After years of stiffness and pain, I now have relief and the tools to maintain my mobility. Mr. Holmes was generous with his knowledge, personable, and professional. Dont go through life stuck, give him a call!

I came to see Scott due to a ruptured disc in my neck. I was hoping to avoid surgery and get off the medication I was prescribed for pain. Due to my injury I was also unable to work. After only a month I was able to go back to work. It was not long after that I was able to get off the medication also. I continue to do the exercises Scott taught me in order to avoid further issues with my neck. I’m greatful that through physical therapy I have been able to avoid surgery. Thanks Scott for your patience and individualized care you provided.

After a severe incident I was left with pain in the mid range of my spine and the inability to turn my head to the left. After several visits to Dr. Holmes I am now able to have movement of my neck to the point I can equally turn to the left and right. The pain in the upper and mid spine are considerably less to non-existent. I am very grateful for the help and kindness shown me at Holmes Physical Therapy. If you are having any issues and need physical therapy I would urge you to consider Dr. Holmes in Medina.

Scott is very detailed and caring. Will help you modify to find what works best for your body and realizes we are all different. I often have multiple issues to work around and he always seems to find a way to be creative and innovative with how to get it done:)

Just the best Doctor to deal with for PT. Professional, courteous, friendly. Always provides instruction that is helpful. Demonstrates when necessary. LISTENS to his patients. He is helping me and I am very grateful for his time and expertise!
