I started rehabilitation at Holy Cross in Pompano Beach after I had fallen off a horse. Charlene T. tailored a program for me that taught me how to strengthen my core, protect my back from further injuries, and how to gain strength and confidence to exercise daily again. She was wonderful to work with and helped me so much. I highly recommend!!!!

I have been going to physical therapy at the Pompano location now for three weeks. All the staff is very professional and friendly. My therapist Charlene is wonderful. Takes her time and explains everything dealing with the specialized exersices she asks me to do. I am very happy with the excellent service there. Highly recommend it.
