My treatment records apparently were being kept in this clinic, which inherited them from the Chiropractor I saw 5 years ago (LeTaye Inyerd). It seems Dr. Firestone is related to the Inyerds, and presumably took over the practice, inherited all their patients/records, and renamed the clinic.

Once I figured this out, I was charged $20 for a copy of my records, which was only 27 pages, the pages were completely out of order, and they couldn't even duplex the sheets. The young woman helping me communicated partly with head nods, and seemed indifferent when I asked about printing the sheets front & back. Two stars instead of one since I at least got the copy of my records.

Another employee walked in and out of the admin area, exchanging money with patients. This place is not being run professionally. If I decide to go back to a Chiropractor, I won't be going here.
