We had an epic morning with captan with our awesome captains! Everything going so smooth and so well managed! Quick video will give you rules and regulations and in 30 min you will find yourself on the boat in wet suits ready for adventure! It was very chilly morning which is good for watching manatees! We got a lot of nice peaceful observations and interactions. Captans are very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions! We got all we want time in the water, even two locations. Feeling very welcome and not rushed at all. Hot drinks and warm blankets were waiting for us too! Very highly recommended to do tour in springs area. We will be back with friends!

If I could - I would give 8+ Stars! Thank you so much Captain Traci and Captain Dee for a once in a lifetime experience! We went on the 4 hour tour and had a blast! Captain Traci went above and beyond to get us to the best spots amd we got it all. We had Manatees of course, we were greeted by them, hugged by them, got kisses, rollover Manatees (Captain Tracis favorite) and were even pushed by the gentle wonderful creatures. In addition to that the service was absolutely perfect and the gear provided was in excellence condition!

An absolutely amazing trip! Capt. Traci is phenomenal! Her knowledge and passion for the manatees is clear through the experience she provides. She knew exactly where to go and provided a beautiful overview of what to expect. While I often say I love my job sarcastically, her use of the phrase was an obvious truth. This is clearly more than a business for her, it's a reflection of her passion to protect and educate about these amazing creatures. I'd recommend her to anyone. I even witnessed her coaching a timid snorkler through the breathing and a bit of claustrophobia. This place was simply the best! I will certainly be back!

Giving this experience a five stars does not seem enough, my aunt and I completely enjoyed going out today with Captain Traci. She was exceptional as our captain and very passionate about the health and wellbeing of the all the manatee. She knew of spots on the river that were not packed with other boats so it was like we got to fully experience the adorable seacows in a private setting. Only 6 people on the boat and it was perfect. We also got some great pictures and videos that she shared at the end. Totally recommend this tour group!! Thank you captain Traci for a memorable day! Amy and Patricia

My oldest daughter wanted to swim with manatees for her 10th birthday. We had a wonderful experience with Captain Traci. She was an awesome host! She was friendly, knowledgeable and even had blankets, coffee and hot cocoa for us when we got out of the water.

I can't wait to go back with visiting family in the future. It's such amazing experience to see these animals up close and personal.

For an experience that is less crowded and more genuine, with a seasoned, professional, and knowledgeable guide, Captain Traci is the one. Gear and needs are addressed - no surprises. An appropriate amount of time is taken to provide safety information (for the snorkelers and manatees) before setting out, while engaging with the guests.
Fish & Wildlife Service has a true partner, the manatees have an advocate, and the guests are assured of a joyful, unrushed, and considerate adventure with Captain Traci.
Definitely worth the drive from Orlando to Homosassa.
These Canadians are looking forward to returning.

This experience was amazing! Captain Traci is as informed as she is motivated to provide her guests (and the manatees) with an awesome encounter. The springs weren't crowded - I saw and touched over a dozen beautiful manatees. One even gave me a terrific leg-hug! I'd call it a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but I can't wait to come back!

This was the best experience we have ever done in Florida. My boyfriend and I visited back in January and after endless searching and reading reviews for the best place to go, we chose this one. The women who own this establishment are wonderful. They were able to get us in last minute for an experience of a lifetime. Between the knowledge she shared and her amazing sense of humor, Captain Traci kept us laughing and truly made the experience special for everyone on her boat. After snorkeling our hearts out with these amazing creatures, she provided us with warm blankets, hot beverages, and laughs all the way back to the dock. It was truly an amazing experience and I highly suggest booking with them for anyone who is looking. I know we will definitely be returning and bringing friends/family next time!
