I cant say enough good things about Stephanie! 5 stars isn’t enough to give honestly! She has shown extreme patience & compassion to our son! She is extremely passionate about her work & it truly shows. She is full of knowledge and is always eager to learn and shares things with us which is really helpful when navigating the hard stuff with your child! We are so lucky to have her on our team for our son!

I feel like so many people are turned away from therapists because they are thought to “judge you” or “speak to you in a way that makes you feel crazy”; however, Stephanie is so so far from that stereotype and will feel like a family member after the first session! She listens and will make you feel heard! She reminds me of a doctor and genuinely takes care of you until you feel better by the end of the session. I have never met someone more thoughtful and passionate with helping someone. She is someone who remembers every detail from previous sessions so you feel like her only client with the amount of care she puts into each session. I have recommended her to so many people and highly, highly, suggest her to anyone and everyone who is looking for someone to talk to and get help!

Stephenie is truly a blessing. She has went above and beyond to help me in so many ways. Stephenie has thought outside the box many times as I am not easy. She has been the first thearpist that I have went to that has truly invested into me in teaching me new skills to help me create a good healthy stable life. If it wasn't for Stephenie I can truly say I wouldn't be here to write this review. We have had our rough times, but the biggest thing is she has never given up on me.. Stephanie is an amazing therapist!! She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I have made amazing progress with her through talk therapy and EMDR therapy. She has helped me heal past trauma and continues to help me work through my everyday anxiety! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Stephenie is a thoughtful and insightful therapist who cares so much for her clients. My teen struggles with anxiety and Stephenie instantly connected with him and put him at ease. She allows him to express his feelings, and gives him the tools to meet his challenges with confidence. He has made so much progress and I know he will continue to do so with Stephenie’s guidance.

I have been seeing Stephanie for a long time now and I've never had a better therapist. I have never been good at being vulnerable with therapists but I trust her with everything. I can spend the entire session running my mouth and she never seems to be annoyed or tired with me. Not to mention the actual office space, I was offered coffee or hot chocolate first thing and the room where my appointments were is super cozy, not at all bland and sterile, with a comfy couch. I would recommend her to anyone.
