Here is part of a thank you note I sent to Horizon West Pharmacy: "Thank you so much" is a phrase that seems so inadequate for what you have done fore me! Thank you so much for obtaining my new medication for me at no cost to me. I was looking at my monthly budget to see where I could cut back on expenses so I could come up with the $470 a month co-pay my insurance company charges for the medication. It would not have been possible. I had been taking samples my doctor gave me and I was amazed at how much better I felt -- how my life had been changed -- after three months on the new drug! Had it not been for my doctor prescribing it and you obtaining it I would have been forced to go back to the same medication I had been taking for 38 years which, frankly, had quit working. Thank you so much for caring. Thank you so much for being so efficient. Thank you so much for finding the funding and handling the paperwork and formalities for me. Thank you so much for helping to change my life! Thank you so, so much!

I called for a quote for expensive medicine that I take. Horizon West Pharmacy offered to look into grants to lower the cost and they called back immediately finding a grant for 3 months of free medicine.
They were caring, fast, and efficient. I had the medicine arrive at may house via FedEx 1 day later for 3 months free of charge.
