Back in February 2024 I was in a three-way car accident that totaled my car and the unfortunate woman whom had been hit by a teenager. I was really hurt, and I getting bills from urgent care, the hospital, and a couple other things involved with medical stuff. A friend helped me make a list of questions to ask lawyers that I got to meet and advised me on how to find the best one that would go the extra mile if needed and a bunch of other stuff.
I found Hotz ans Associates from a comment on Reddit by chance and reading their website made me feel confident about going with them because they fit a lot of marks. I met with Zack and during our meeting he explained the situation and what would happen and possible outcomes in a way I could understand and easily remember for later. He also allowed me to ask my front and back page of questions without a fuss that he had actually answered a lot of just during our conversation, so that made me even more confident about choosing them to represent me. Throughout the few months it took to settle and what the settlement would be and up until the day I got the check, April and Zack stayed in contact with me about the status of stuff and making sure everything I had to fill out was done. April was super helpful as well with getting the paperwork stuff dealt with and really nice.
I would 100% go with them if something happens again and would also recommend to anyone looking for a lawyer after a car accident!
