Very unprofessional practice. I made an inquiry for my fiancé in regards to assisting him in seeking counseling services after being discharged from the hospital and expressed the potential of couples counseling if he chose after establishing his individual counseling. Well the hours and operations states that the office is closed at 5pm however his first appointment was “scheduled for 5pm” and he was locked out of the office until the owner called and unlocked the door exclusively for him. She since his first appointment has continuously texted my fiancé after hours and throughout the night. As his fiancé who’s trying to help him and our relationship for our unborn child this is very disappointing to me that these events are taking place. So much for couples counseling!! I will never accept counseling from someone who has proven to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the reasons my fiancé is being seen. In turn she is creating more issues in our relationship due to this woman who simply has business license but no professional bone in her body when it comes to provider and client relationship she’s very inappropriate. If I could write a review with no stars this would be it. So sad that someone who is supposed to be helping someone is only creating more problems because of lack of professionalism and respect. If the office is closed- no messages should be exchanged after business hours. No appointments should be scheduled after hours.
