I have been working with IBH for about 10 years, and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. My long experience with the company has shown me just how truly amazing and kind the owners are. The staff, including Azadeh and the management team, are some of the kindest, most caring, and personable people I have ever met. They genuinely care about each member of the team and consistently go above and beyond for us.

The management is extremely approachable and treats every employee with dignity, respect, and a positive attitude. As a mother of young children, having a company that is understanding, flexible, and caring is essential, and IBH embodies all these qualities. They provide extensive training and consistently check in to ensure that employees feel supported.

IBH feels like a big family where everyone is heard, understood, and respected. I feel truly blessed to work for a company that deeply cares about its employees.

I’ve been working for IBH for 8 years, and it has been such an amazing experience. There is so much help and support from supervisors, lead supervisors, and clinical directors. Additionally, they help you grow in the company, and your hard work never goes unnoticed! Everyone is so nice and supportive. All staff and the management team are nothing but helpful, and they always have your back! I am looking forward to continuing growing professionally and working for IBH. When it comes to providing services to our clients, I have seen all of our staff members being very passionate about helping them out, and providing as much support as needed either at home or in the community.

I don't recommend anyone that has a special needs children to get involved with ibh there's been several b i s supervisors been terminated for now reason several have quit and they dropped clients for no reason they don't communicate with the parents about any changes my son who has been a client for 6 years has had several b i s and they want to drop him because I took a stand against this come they want to get rid of his current b i stating that they are missing hours or my signatures don't match wrong addresses when the fact is everything that they did is correct they even documented everything and yet they still want to terminate them and drop my son because I want this person back instead of someone new they lie about there employees and expect you to be ok with it
