My daughter loved going there until the therapist stopped showing up and kept canceling appointments. Sometimes she’d just not show up. She canceled my daughters last appointment and never heard from her again.

My two kids go to this place against my will. Even though my ex wife and I share 50/50 custody and have a COURT ORDERED AGREEMENT on therapy this "therapist" excludes both parents. I have reached out many times through emails and calls and get nothing. I have asked for schedules, type of therapy, and why she doesn't believe both parents should be involved in the children's therapy. Nothing. This is extremely detrimental to the care of my kids and myself. The emotional trauma she has caused my home is overwhelming.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE.

We would drive over an hour round trip for my daughter’s therapy session, and the door would be locked. She’d eventually answer saying she had a “migraine” and her session was cancelled so she could lay down in her office. This happened frequently. Sometimes she’d be a complete no show. Completely unprofessional. Waste of time and gas. Made my daughter feel like she didn’t even care. Also needed a form for the school saying my daughter was attending therapy, and she never supplied it like she said she would. She eventually stopped answering completely. My daughter said she wasn’t even paying attention during her sessions. She would take irrelevant phone calls or she’d have to repeat herself because she wasn’t listening and was distracted. She needs a different career field, because she’s absolutely not good at this. 0/10 would not recommend.

Mrs. Katie is a wonderful lady, my daughter loves her and looks forward to their "talk time" I'm so happy that we have her as a part of our preteen and teen years!!
