We called Ms. Renee for counseling for my 9 year old son. She called back to schedule a Skype session after briefly speaking with my son on the phone. We were all ready for the Skype session, and my son was looking forward to talking to her about issues he’s been having, and she never Skyped us on our appt time. We called her to see what happened, and she did not pick up. My son was crying thinking that she didn’t want to talk to him, and that he did something wrong. If you have something that comes up at least call to reschedule. It is extremely unprofessional to just not call at all. This appt was scheduled for last Fri, and it is now Mon still no call explaining why the cancellation took place. Thanks for disappointing my son, and making him feel bad about himself. Don’t use this therapist she obviously doesn’t care about her clients.
