If I could give 10 stars I would . Alas Google has a 5 limit. I took my puppy Max there as soon as he became a member of our family. Everyone there was super friendly , helpful and just down to Earth from day 1. When my little guy hurt his leg they not only helped little man but they also made sure this dog momma had all the facts and they were super empathetic . CC is an angel ! She has helped with insurance and made sure little guy was taken care of. You can tell everyone there truly cares ! Take your babies there! Picture of Max comfortable as can be at the Vet.

My little Gypsy received good care today, the Vet is really good, he shows you the scans, talks about his assessment, includes you in everything, it is refreshing to find a doctor that still knows how to proceed a correct diagnosis in good order. They all care about our babies fur, they are very busy and still very kind and caring. When Gypsy went missing the girls helped me with flyers and supportive words. It's really a reliable and efficient place to bring your pet, they will definitely take very good care of him. Thanks again to the crew.

EDIT TO ADD: after the manager CC attempted to look into our file (after saying under my review that she had no record of me being there) neither the assistant or doctor put in the notes that my dog had a cough, even though I addressed it and had video. She said I should have let her know at the front desk, even though it was very chaotic and there was no opportunity to talk to anybody in there during check in or check out. When she spoke with me yesterday, I also addressed that the assistant Nichole was not very friendly and CC Apologize for her behavior and told me she suffers from depression and is on medication. Nichole‘s medical history is none of my business. Being in customer service and taking care of animals, You should be polite. Needless to say, do not bring your animals here because they will ignore your concerns and not write notes on it or give you any paperwork about your concerns or their notes.
I brought my puppy here as recommended by the puppy store we bought her from. I addressed (at both visits) my puppies cough. I was brushed off both times and said because she was vaccinated she was fine. Well, I KNEW she was not fine and switched vets. Guess what happened at the new vet?!? She was diagnosed and treated for kennel cough. I am saddened my continued concern by Dr. Matt and the assistant were ignored and not taken seriously. By the time I switched vets, my 14 day health guarantee was void at the puppy store and I am still dealing with kennel cough a month later. I wish this wasn’t dragged out and that Indian Rocks actually cared about their animals. I’m thankful I trusted my gut and got a second opinion.

Absolutely amazing staff and doctor! I thought since it's walkin only that I would be waiting forever for my Marlee to be seen but I was called in about 10 minutes after I arrived. Everyone there is so kind and you can tell they love animals and the costs are average. It's definitely one of the best animal hospitals out there. Cece, Marlee says hi!

I called CC in a panic as my pet was dying and in pain, 3 days of crying and no sleep. He is terrified of the vet and I had promised him he could pass in the comfort of his home. She managed to convince me it was the right thing to do so he would not suffer as it was only going to get worse. She was by my side the whole time and I was comforted by her and the staff. CC is a wonderful person as she is also my pet sitter and is very caring and kind. I can’t recommend this vet enough, this is the second time I was there with him and will continue to use them. Their prices are very reasonable unlike other offices I have been to.
