Please do not let the good reviews fool you. This place is 100% a scam and will take advantage of you if you have insurance that they take.
I initially had a consult and it took 3 virtual appointments plus a $500 scan that I didn’t need to even get an in person appointment for treatment. When I showed up for the appointment, no one was there and I waited for 30 minutes outside their door. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Fake therapy! They want $500 cash or no service. Doesn’t matter if you have insurance. Luckily I only had a knee injury and had X-ray, MRI done before I came to this place. Then they try to smooth talk to you and try to convince you that they are the best. I didn’t brake any bones, I only needed a few weeks of physical therapy. I been to other physical therapy and they were awesome. The only reason I came here was because it was literally down the street from where I live. Hopefully no one else is going to waste $500 cuz I sure didn’t…

Several serious, fundamental issues with this clinic that is run by dishonest people masquerading as a professional operation.
First is the fraud, where Cody told me their body scan, an upfront charge of $500, he had verified was covered by my insurance (short story, he had not, it is not, and I have extensive evidence he lied to me). When I asked why I had to pay upfront if insurance covered it, he told me “that’s just how we do it, and you claim it back from them”. This was not a misunderstanding, because I then spent 2 months trying to get the insurance paperwork from Cody, repeating in email that he told me it was covered, and at no point did he or anyone else correct me. I visited them in person, where Cody acknowledged again, when I explicitly asked, that he had verified with my insurance that the scan was covered.
When I tried to claim it back however, my provider told me it should have been discounted to $50. I spoke to Melany at Infinity, and the story changed: the scan was not covered by insurance and “we told you it was out of pocket at the time”. Unfortunately for them, I had all the emails, as well as a recording my wife made of Cody telling me that it was covered by insurance, because she didn’t trust him (made in their public foyer and she was not part of the conversation so no expectation of privacy). This was cut and dry: I was lied to. I shared this all with Melany, who told me she would “check with management” and get back to me. She never responded again, despite my follow ups. They would prefer to defraud their customers than address their lying employees.

Now the scan itself: never used again. They have responded to others saying that they use a “holistic approach” or something, however when there is supposed to be considerable details in the scans but your therapist asks each time which shoulder is the problem, you can tell how much they actually look at the scans. In fact the initial assessment their “doctor” told me my tendons were inflamed: my therapist then never worked on my tendons, so he clearly didn’t read the assessment either.
They’ve bought an expensive machine to con people out of an additional $500 by pretending to be upmarket, and will lie when you don’t want to pay for something insurance won’t cover. It won’t matter if you have it in writing: they will not reimburse you.

You won't believe how amazing Hector and his team are until you experience it for yourself. As a highly active individual engaged in various physical activities like working out, playing padel, biking, and soccer, I faced a setback when I developed plantar fasciitis in my foot at the beginning of 2024. Despite trying multiple physiotherapy treatments for nearly three months, none of them provided any relief.

It's an investment that yields remarkable results and significantly improves your quality of life.

An amazing experience! Julian in the front helped get me in during a layover I had in Miami. Victor did my Rmr and Vo2 max test. He was very thorough and amazing job at explaining everything to me. Hector was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions in the follow up. He broke everything down easy enough for me to understand and helped me apply it to my training. Having all the data and info is a huge help for my training. Once again, friendly staff and I highly recommend if you have time to come here and go thru these test!
