Both of my physical therapists, Misty and Malarie at the Gulf Breeze office, are phenomenal. Both show amazing skills and passion for what they do. They are also very compassionate and have listened intently to my concerns. I’m so glad I was able to use this place as they also take my insurance. Five Star business for sure!

There aren't enough great things to say about InHer Physique. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome - which is great, because I knew nothing about what to expect. I didn't even know pelvic floor pt was a thing until I was referred! Every single member of the staff is full of patience, knowledge, and comfort - they listen, they learn, and they create a program that's right for you. It's not always one size fits all, and they just get it. If you are ever in need of pelvic physical therapy, put your fears aside and just go - you won't regret it!

I was referred to InHer Physique by my Dr. Kaitlyn Graye, APRN for urinary incontinence and pain. I met Malarie first and then Misty in their convenient Gulf Breeze location. I was made to feel completely comfortable on the first visit. Their experience and expertise is mind blowing. I have learned so much about myself, my bladder, my anatomy, my strengths and weaknesses just from our weekly visits. I'm about halfway through with their plan for me and I'm literally amazed at everything they have taught me and everything they have suggested to improve my entire Pelvic region. I love everything about InHerPhysique. Also, their location in Dr. Britt's office is so convenient and he and his staff their are also professional and very pleasant.

My elderly mother on a fixed income, who was recently widowed, went to this facility seeking help with some physical ailments. After one appointment and being in worse shape than she was initially, she decided she needed to cancel her second appointment. The appointment was for a Tuesday. She called on Monday to cancel the appointment seeing that Saturday and Sunday they were closed. They still took her $75 because they said she could’ve left a message on the machine on Saturday or Sunday, even though they wouldn’t have gotten that message until Monday, same day that she called. Do not go to this place. It’s a quack. They do not offer any reasonable or logical solutions to your problems and are in it for obviously just taking the money of hard working and elderly people. I called to speak with the office manager who was rude and didn’t listen to anything I had to say and talked over me. All she had to say was is that my mother read the paperwork, signed it and agreed to it. She was very rude and lacking common, customer service skills. The solutions they were offering my mother in office, led to her being injured and now she has to spend money to get herself repaired elsewhere.

Absolutely do not use this company. As a PTA, I knew the full session they charged me for but only saw me for less than 40 minutes was fraudulent. As soon as they knew I caught on to their scheme they cancelled me. They admitted to double stacking patients but charges for single visits. You deserve better healthcare, do not use them.
