I have been seeing Dr. P for the past few months and so far have had a great experience. She is very understanding and does not push me to do anything i'm uncomfortable with. I also like that taking things slow and being safe is a priority. My visits have been virtual so I cannot comment on an in office experience. However, I have had very good interactions via phone with 2 specific individuals: Navya and Monica. Everything is so seamless with the both of them: work notes, appointment scheduling, sending a message to my doctor, getting new prescription refills, etc. Overall, i've had a very pleasant experience and I find it very helpful during my time of need. Thank you all for everything.

This office is terrible. I would not recommend them both my daughter and I felt very uncomfortable with the doctor like she did not believe us. We only went there once back in 11/2/2023 and I had a $10 balance which I was billed for. I sent them there payment 6 or 7 months ago and today 12/19/2024 they are sending me a text telling me I have a balance. So I called to make sure this was cleared up and the stupid billing department would not tell me yes it’s paid or no it’s not because my daughter is now 18 years old and they won’t speak to me. Keep in mind she was a minor when we went to this horrible place so no I didn’t sign the form allowing them to give me information. This is ridiculous because all I am asking for is to see if the bill is marked paid because I paid it.

Another location where the staff is rude, they don’t know what they’re doing. They’re only good to call early in the morning to schedule an appointment for you but other than that, they have failed to communicate to me when it comes to leaving notes or asking for a form of lab work from the psychiatrist or to the psychiatrist. I have been quite mad and have complained to them but always have the audacity to cut me off and not let me talk. I get that you don’t want to hear it but this isn’t the first time they messed up on helping me out. It takes several calls for them to get something done. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Dr. Kunam is the best psychiatrist. He is very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Plus, I love that their chat is available 24 hours. It makes it convenient when you need to schedule an appt at an awkward hour.
They also offer virtual appointments which really saves a lot of time and travel.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! So I got a call from them today regarding my bill. I told them I'd be happy to pay it if they could provide me some understanding. I explained to them that my appointments with my practitioner has only been a few minutes long. I'm not exaggerating either. My husband was right next to me with one of the teleappointments. I told him to give me like four minutes for my appointment. I was in the waiting room longer than the actual appointment. It lasted 2 minutes. Again, husband as my witness. I'm fine with that but the issue is they are still charging my a minimum of $90+ for a 2 minute appointment. Even though it says in they're billing that the appointments need to meet or exceed 30 minutes. When I asked the lady about that, she said he's been logging in my appointments at 10 minutes each! They are falsifying information which is HIGHLY unethical. I asked her for a report and log of all my appointments, she said okay, and then hung up on me. I've tried calling all 3 of their numbers but all had a busy tone. I will be looking elsewhere. I suggest saving your money or putting it towards a more ethical practice.

First appointment was a positive experience. The doctor was non-judgmental, attentive to my concerns, and showed genuine care. After dealing with an unsatisfactory doctor for years, I'm grateful to have found a healthcare professional who prioritizes my well-being and didn't just try to shove new medications down my throat like other Doctors in the past. I am definitely looking forward to working with him ?
