I been a patient for many years I made an appointment with my primary Dr Vandiver it took months, I suffered from migraines I was not able to drive so I took few minutes I got there 15 min late and they didn’t want to see me it’s their policy
I explained them why I was there late they didn’t care so I drove back home.
They wanted me to reschedule but I won’t be a patient anymore. They made us wait for who knows how long and we ok because we understand but they have policies.

Nurses are so rude. They don’t even look you in the eye as they point their finger in the direction you’re supposed to go. Anann is so dismissive and his translator made the experience so cold/short.

I have been trying to reschedule an appointment for several days now over the phone. No responde from a person by the name of Javier. I decided to stop by and I have been waiting for 45 minutes and still waiting.

They do not provide information and just keep you waiting. No wonder why they have terrible reviews.

do not go here for prenatal care unless you want to be treated like you’re serving life in prison. Staff is completely unprofessional, they act as if you’re a bother to them. Management should check up on this office and suggest them a different career path. It’s a shame Calexico has the reputation it has!

We just moved here less than 3 weeks ago now and my wife is currently 8 months pregnant we have never been to a medical office with such lack of care and never have heard a medical office say spouses are not allowed in the room today my wife is getting a sonogram and they refuse to let me see anything 100 percent do not recommend this office if you have the option

la ginecóloga que ya despidieron me metió el pato sin avisarme absolutamente nada. un dr mayor cada vez que he ido minimiza mi dolor. en cima, la ginecóloga me dijo que no tenía ni un problema, y el dr al estarse riendo de las pruebas que me han echo, menciono que estoy algo baja de hormonas. lo cual es justamente lo que anteriormente (hace dos años, en otro consultorio) me habían dicho que era mi problema.
