I can’t say enough positive things about Inner Glow in Wesley Chapel! This center truly goes above and beyond in supporting clients’ mental and physical well-being. The team is led by a highly skilled and compassionate counselor who has brought together a group of licensed and registered interns, each dedicated to providing quality mental health care. I love that they offer such a holistic approach — Inner Glow has a beautiful yoga studio and offers personal training, which complements the mental health services perfectly. It’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for, and their commitment to helping clients heal and grow is evident in everything they do. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comprehensive support for mind and body!

I am shocked at how terrible my experience was just trying to get a consultation. You have to share a bunch of information and sign paperwork before even a 15 minute consult call - then left me sitting there in the video room for 10 minutes of that 15 minute session before they bothered showing up, and then lied that they tried to call me "several times", when it was just once, and already FIVE MINUTES AFTER the session scheduled start time (my phone was in the video room on my computer - but you could have just logged in on time anyway!). Don't lie to clients or potential clients! I found them using a search with my insurance and then they say, "oh we don't take it". The appointment was at 10:30 am and the paperwork was completed the day before, they had PLENTY of time to reach out to me before my appointment. Could have told me that before wasting a chunk of my morning. What a waste of my time and energy when looking for mental health support. I would not bother writing this review if they handled it more professionally, but all of my paperwork is already deleted and now the listing I found them from already removed that they accept my insurance. Honestly, not taking my insurance is not a big deal if they just would have bothered to care about my time and communicate better and not lie about trying to contact me BEFORE my session start time. Its the deception that is concerning and why this is being posted.

I’ve had a very lovely experience with this company. They have been very efficient with my needs. I really appreciate My therapist Katalin. I’ve been working with her for the last 6 weeks or so and already I can feel my growth. She is very effective and gentle. She really knows how to direct the sessions. She has experience with children now working with adults. I truly feel this makes her even more affective for my trauma is from my childhood.

Administrative Staff has the worse experience en your life. They have a policy totally inhuman and they abuse patients rights. Their policy about cancellations doesn't care Extremely , extremely circumstances. You can almost died in the hospital as my personal incident and they don't care. They only want your money and they don't care the patients for absolutely nothing. I will make my complain with the Florida health department because your clinic should stop abuse with people who looks for you assistance. I appreciate Rosmer for your service but your awful administrative policy , I could say bay forever. Be careful patients because you will have a headache with them. Read the previous feedback and you will see that other patients had similar experiences.

Fatima is amazing and I’ve had such a positive experience coming to her this past month!! Even with the short amount of time I’ve spent with her so far I feel myself growing everyday! The other office staff are also very sweet and they are always smiling it’s such a great environment filled with positive energy.
