Do NOT see this woman as your psychiatrist. She acted so rudely & unprofessional towards me. She made me cry in my car after our last appointment by how she spoke to me. She was Very well aware of the extremely difficult time I was having in my life & yet she would cut me off, saying “I have other appointments & we’ve been on this call for 30 minutes already!”

I usually nave take more than 5 minutes in our appointments because I tend to do well on my medications. The 1 time I take more than 5 minutes, she’s yelling at me.

Furthermore, her unprofessionalism is ridiculous , if not Shocking. She didn’t remember the last time my medications increase gave me bad side affects. She was asking ME to remember. She then complained that she has to look all the way back to 2022 notes to find out. After 2 minutes she found out those documents. lol
She is horrible at her profession & made one of her patients feel much much worse than before speaking to her. Do NOT take her as your psychiatrist.

I would not recommend this place. I have been seeing Holly. My seasons with her only last 5 minutes and I am charged over $90. She is not engaged and her tone of voice sounds like she wants to get off the phone. I now realize she’s just a pill pusher. I had an appointment with her on 9/30 at 4 pm. She called about 5 minutes early; however I was on a work call. I called the office around 4:05 pm and left a message saying that I missed Holly’s call and would like to reschedule. A week went by and I heard nothing. Since then I have made 5 calls to reschedule my appointment and they have failed to contact me. This is unacceptable!

I have been a patient from Dr Glaccum for many years. She's kind. listen to you.
She has stayed with me on the phone for more than 30 minutes. She always looks for the best medication to help with my depression, anxiety, panic attacks... I suffer from Epilepsy so she looks for the right medicine that won't trigger more convulsions. I have nothing to complain about her.

I have seen Dr Glacuum for over 4 years now. She is kind and patient listening carefully to my symptoms and concerns while providing professional care and compassion for me. When I had a change in treatment and I had a concern, she became available to me and called me . I will not go to anyone else. Because of her care, I am able to live each day as a functioning happy person caring for my family, my profession and enjoying my hobbies. I have referred to her anyone in need of care and they have told me of their positive experiences. Thank you Dr Glacuum!

This is the first place where the Manager knows everything about the patient. There is absolutely no patient doctor confidentiality. They screen their calls and do not return messages left on the answering system. I had a terrible experience with both Maria Porras who I don't think is a psychologist and with Dr. Diana Glaccum. Dr. Glaccum was heading for a coffee at the time of my appointment. Beyond unprofessional across the board!

This place is beyond unprofessional. They never return your phone calls despite leaving several messages. No one ever answers the phone in the office. My first therapist left unexpectedly so I had to begin therapy with another therapist whom disappeared off the face of the earth. So disappointed.

Stephanie B. Falero: highly unprofessional, interjects her own opinion, highly biased. Went to her with my wife for marriage counsel, and wife wasn’t impressed and did not wish to return. I asked her to go for her one on one just to be sure, came home nearly crying because she was being told I was trash, and worthless and should be left because I chose a different path in my life. We did not return after that.

Dr. Diana glaccum is lazy and unhelpful. On top of that her receptionists are incredibly unprofessional.
