I have been to a handful of therapists in my life & Integrated Care Clinic has been by far the best therapy experience I’ve had.

I see Dr. Mann for individual therapy & we see Dr. Crecraft for couple’s therapy.

As someone who is a perfectionist & over-controlled, Dr. Mann is such a great fit. She gives me great evidence-based information & skills to practice & apply that actually help me deal with life. She’s super personable. She never judges but she does call me out a bit when I need it 😂

Dr. Crecraft is also great. She definitely pushes us out of our comfort zones in order to deepen & improve our relationship. She helps us navigate improved communication & conflict.

I’ve been really impressed in general with this practice & I definitely recommend them.

Dr. Winton and her team are some of the most professional, passionate, and responsive mental health experts I have encountered. Their office is welcoming, you can easily get an appointment or response when needed, and they truly CARE about their patients. I love how each professional has an area of expertise (eating disorders, anxiety, nutrition, PTSD, etc.) so you know they are experienced. They are the real deal!
