Psychologist Brian Anderson is truly exceptional. I believe he possesses almost psychic abilities, as he was able to identify my binge eating disorder in just one session. At first, I was in disbelief and thought he was completely wrong. However, after several sessions with his therapist, I came to the realization that every night, after taking medication prescribed years ago by another doctor, I would unconsciously wander into the kitchen and indulge in food or make a mess. My husband, unaware of my struggles, would clean up after me without saying a word. It wasn't until I stopped taking the medication that I was able to break free from my binge eating habits and shed an incredible 23 pounds. Brian Anderson's insight and guidance have truly transformed my life for the better. I am astounded by those who dare to give him a poor rating! If you neglect to heed his advice and carry out his recommended treatment, you are only doing yourself a disservice. I initially found it preposterous, but I decided to trust in his expertise and commit to his treatment plan. To my amazement, he was absolutely correct! I wholeheartedly endorse him and his treatment

Echoing the experiences of multiple other women who have left reviews, I had a horrible experience with Dr. Anderson. I saw him several years ago when I was teenager for psychological testing. Out of curiosity, I searched to see if his clinic was still open, saw negative reviews that reminded me of my own experience, and decided to write this as a warning to others. He was dismissive, defensive, and more interested in arguing with a teenage girl than doing his job. He asked personal questions not at all relevant to the psychological exam (such as questioning why I wasn’t religious in a judgmental way). He also told me I identified too much with my mental health struggles when I was simply seeking diagnostic clarity in order to access the best, most effective treatment possible. Very glad I never actually finished my psychological testing with him & was never diagnosed by him — there’s no way it would have been accurate. I saw someone else say their appointment felt like an interrogation, and I think that’s a very accurate description. I was a child and Dr. Anderson abused his power in a way that negatively impacted my mental health & made me hesitant to see other mental health care professionals for a long time. Just to give this review a positive ending: A few years after my experience with him, I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD by an incredible and empathetic psychologist in northwest AR. I’m now receiving the support I needed as a teenager, attending an elite law school, and working in disability rights advocacy. I hope anyone else who’s felt invalidated and hurt by this man can heal and achieve their goals too. There are some amazing mental health care professionals in AR — Dr. Anderson is definitely not one of them.

I had two of my kiddos receive neuro psych evaluations from Dr. Anderson. For us it was very important to understand what was going on, what we could expect and what we needed to do. He was incredibly thorough with both kids. I was seeking ways we could work with what each child was dealing with and not just medicate. He gave us a lot of information, advised on what we needed to implement and change within our daily routines and what to be aware of. Dr. Andersons approach with each of my kids was kind and thoughtful but more importantly for me I appreciated his upfront dialogue with us as parents. I am grateful for the time spent helping us understand our kiddos to help them to the best of our abilities

Please don’t go here if you are an adult woman looking for ADHD testing. Mr. Anderson told me within the first few minutes of the appointment that I couldn’t have ADHD because I had 2 master’s degrees. He then refused to listen to my symptoms or give me the ASRS. Instead, he conducted 4 of IQ testing on me during which he frequently left the room to take loud phone calls, criticized me for “not trying” and then handed the last 1/3 of the testing off to someone I (presume?) was an intern—he never introduced her. When I pointed out the irregularities in his methods he became incredibly defensive and explained he doesn’t need to ask about symptoms or administer screeners because he knows so much about “neuroanatomical circuitry.” Please find another psychologist who backs up your assertion that it’s okay to ignore the patient’s experience entirely. ETA: Mr. Anderson’s reply below perfectly encapsulates his defensive posture and attitude towards clients. He accuses me of making a “patently false” statement regarding the fact that he failed to administer the ASRS. Do you want to see a psychologist who is willing to do that in a public forum? Your choice!

I always have an exceptional experience with the Integrated Psych Solutions team and Dr. Brian Anderson. Dr. Anderson and his team are not only intelligent but also exhibit genuine compassion. I highly recommend them for their truly capable and dedicated approach to mental health. Five stars.

Immature and manipulative. Several suspicious reviews as well. Had his wife and an employee leave reviews Yeah he just got another review right after mine... really sus Edit: the other women with adhd in comments already agree with me. I don't wreak havoc, I tell the truth and hold people accountable. Psychologists are not gods. They are humans that make mistakes. Can they accept their mistakes tho?

Dr. Anderson is a very professional and caring person. His staff and office are welcoming and soothing. His passion for helping others is apparent from the beginning. I like that he is honest and doesn’t waste time getting to the point. This has saved me so much time in the discussions that I have had with him. I would highly recommend him if you are seeking a professional that both cares and understands how to get things done.

Best psychiatrist ever!!! I have been seeing Dr. Brian Anderson for 2 years now and it has done miracles for me. His staff is the best as well. If you are looking for a great doctor and person to help you he’s your guy. Not only he has helped me mentally but physically. Dr. Anderson has put more motivation in me then I have ever had in all my years of life. Keep it up Dr. Anderson you know your stuff.
