I am never one to complain and always try to find the best in every situation but unfortunately, I can't here. My Dad was transferred here from Baptist. In the three days he was at this facility, the following issues happened...
First, he was never once taken out of his bed. Not to go to the bathroom, get PT (which was why he was here), nothing!
Second, we made them aware that he was a fall risk. All of us did (his wife, my Mom, my sister and ME) on MULTIPLE occasions. On Night #2, he fell and was on the floor for two hours before anyone came to help him back to bed. On night #3, he fell again around 10:30p, they put him back to bed and by the time his wife went to visit at 8am, she found that he dislocated his shoulder in the fall. The staff did NOTHING. All night, he laid there in pain with a dislocated shoulder. When I called to get him help, the lady that answered the phone had ZERO hustle and acted like I was bothering her. My Dad's wife ended up having to call 911 to get him out of there to the hospital to reset his shoulder WHICH TOOK SURGERY to fix. He was in MUCH worse condition leaving there than he was when we got him there and it was literally only three day!!! He has since been moved to a new rehab facility, has been there three days and has had a GREAT experience and they had him up and in PT on DAY TWO! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! If there were four of us constantly in and out checking on him and this STILL happened, I can't imagine what is happening to those that can't have someone with them constantly!

If I could leave no stars I would. My aunt was transferred to this facility from Baptist Health Clay. When she left the hospital she was verbal and doing much better. She was in this facility the maybe a week. That was the worst decision we ever made and still regret to this day. No one answers the phone, you never see a doctor or a competent nurse. There was a day that we went there and she was laying in a soiled diaper. I had to physically change and lift her myself. She kept falling out of her bed and they decided that putting a dresser against her bed was a better solution. It wasn't until we went up there and demanded to speak with someone other than the nurse that we finally got something accomplished. One night the nurse on duty calls and says she hit her head, but the ambulance was not going to be able up come for hours. We offered to come up there and take her ourselves. My aunt never came out of this facility, she never got any care for her head and days later she passed away. The kicker is they called the morning she died and the person who called showed zero compassion or empathy when telling us the news. We went to go see her and her eyes were left open and she was in a shirt and diaper. The most disgusting vision you could see of your loved one. And they just left her. I could go on, but I assure you, if you want your love one to be cared for or have a chance at survival DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Advocate for your loved one, show up daily to let them see your face. They could care less about people. And for reference, she was in the short term rehab portion, so there was nothing terminal that was on the horizon. Save yourself. This place and the staff need to investigated and shut down.

I wish I could give a negative star rating!

My mom stayed for several weeks, and while there were a few staff members that were somewhat kind and helpful, most of them treated her horribly. She would call me multiple times a day upset because they would not communicate to her any details regarding her medication or they would say that they would help her with something, such as bathing, and then would just leave her room and not return.
They were often times multiple hours late with her medication.
I called one evening to speak to a nurse or CNA regarding her medication and why she had not received it, the woman on the phone with me advised that she had not received her medication due to “laziness” from the nurse responsible for dispersing her medication.
Near the end of her stay - my mom had advised the nursing staff that she was almost out of a critical healthcare item needed (and covered by Medicare) about 6 different times and a week prior to running out of said item. The staff never provided replenished items and my sister had to order the item at the last second, have it shipped to her home, physically bring to my mom, and pay out of pocket due to the lack of care and communication.
There were several other patients I had spoken to when I would visit my mom that also had a miserable experience. Every time I left her after visiting, I felt horrible for leaving her there.
I would recommend looking at any other rehab prior to choosing Isle Health!

The personal treatment and care that was given to my brother was wonderful. Every person on staff was informative and caring. Sandy in admin made it possible for him to make Isle his home for the last two years of his life. Jennie who made all his doctor and surgery appointments possible when the family hit brick walls. She also transported him. The nursing staff was amazing with him. I became personally close to Dianne who was his daytime nurse. She took care of Kenny which was not always easy. But the rest of the nursing staff were also wonderful. The activities director, Janelle was also amazing. She made a difference in his activities and made his personality shine.
Myself and my family are grateful to have each of them on staff. Thank you Isle health and rehab for doing what I was unable to do!

My grandmother is here after being at many centers. I have to say I am extremely happy and content with her being here. The activities center here is awesome and they make sure to include everybody. Allison the director goes above and beyond and the program is wonderful and makes me feel better that my grandmother is enjoying her days!!! Every time I visit she is smiling and every time I come across Allie she is bubbly she is what every activities need! A job is only a job until you have someone who loves the job! Thank you for making sure my grandmother and all the residents are having wholesome days this is amazing here ! Thank you Isle nursing for putting my mind at ease!

I just want to thank the staff here for all the hard work. My dad is always clean and taken care of whenever I’ve had an issue they have somebody that is there within 5 to 10 minutes. The Rehabilitation part of it is awesome. I get my dad out of bed every day and work with him to get his strength back up so that he can get back to being who is love it.

Isle Health was my mother's first stop out of the hospital. The Isle staff did a wonderful job looking after her and since leaving Isle, she is now regaining even more strength in her new Assisted Living Facility. Y’all do a great job! And it’s a big job to help people in our situation. Can’t say enough great things about Isle.

Amy Haskell Admission Director is amazing. My Mama needed to have 24/7 care. She worked her magic got her in. Place is beautiful, clean, and everyone is so attentive and nice. Amy really took the time with the family to make us feel assured she was taking care of. And spent one on one time with my Mama to make her feel safe and excited about her new journey. I would highly recommend this amazing place.
