We have had a wonderful experience with this place! They have helped my childs self esteem grow , and adjust to middle school life in healthy ways! The secretary Jill is so friendly and helpful, always polite and delightful ! I definitely recommend them for services!

This office is very professional! Jill at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. Every therapist we have seen there has gone above and beyond to make my child feel comfortable and welcome. His current therapist, Urick, is so so good with kids and has helped my son come out of his shell so much since the beginning of his time in therapy with him. A very kind man and amazing therapist! I always recommend this place!

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by It Takes a Family. Despite numerous promises to return my calls and address my concerns, I have been consistently let down. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the human resource department and corporate office, I have received no response. It is frustrating that my messages have not been relayed due to apparent negligence.

Furthermore, the lack of follow-through on scheduling appointments is unacceptable. I have been repeatedly assured that I would receive a callback to arrange an appointment, yet each time, I am left waiting in vain. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer communication is unacceptable.

I urge others to consider my experience before engaging with It Takes a Family. The inability to fulfill basic responsibilities and honor commitments reflects poorly on the company’s reliability and integrity.

Jill at the front desk is awesome, she always takes the time to schedule my appointments when it's best for me. The Doctors are great and take the time to really listen to your needs. I recommend them all the time to family and friends.

The entire staff have been such a pleasure to speak and deal with. My family and I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Jill is always friendly and goes beyond her duties to help out to make sure the patient is taken care of. Both of my sons are patients at ITAF. Both Ms. Victoria and Ms. Darline are terrific. My sons needs are always priority. Whenever they are made aware of an issue at the beginning of the session, they both automatically put that issue as the first concern. They are empathetic to the concern. I honestly could not ask for a better facility and therapists.

Awesome , customer service is very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond!!! And, the therapist I had was a very nice person!! I use to go here when i was a kid and returned, nice to know everyone working there is still friendly!!

Went through the steps necessary to meet the nurse practitioner. I was told by the nurse that she does not prescribe controls of any kind at all. Anxiety is a medical condition. The medicine that isn’t controlled isn’t effective. What a fabulous waste of my time. I have a condition that’s serious and being denied access to my medication proved stressful and complicated.
Update: I was switched to a second doctor who gave me the exact same speech about not prescribing controls as a general rule. I’m so sad. P.S. I predominantly write good reviews

I have been going here to the Lawrenceville location for years. I have not one complaint. I am treated with respect and compassion even if I mess up my appointments, there is NO pencil pushing here. They all care. From the receptionist to the counselor to the Doctors.
I appreciate you all and would highly recommend them and do to my friends and family
