I’ve visited J Sterlings on several occasions, mostly for massages but also facials and it is a lovely little spot! It’s a small but clean space tucked away near the Altamonte mall.

Shannon is an incredibly skilled massage therapist! She has helped me achieve recovery after intense runs.

I was greeted today by Alyssa, a friendly spa associate who offered me additional time on my massage but didn’t push.

I have had some wonderful massages here. Particularly Carolyn is amazing and Bryce also really did a great job meeting my needs. Deeper work where I needed it with very skilled touch. I’m feeling so much better and can’t wait to come back for another massage! The membership has been great for me to make sure I get regular bodywork!

An absolutely lovely experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately with a smile by Essence who worked the front desk. She was tremendously helpful with any and every question I had. Then the massage. Oh my goodness— best massage ever. Lynn, who did my massage, was not only gifted as a masseuse, but very helpful and knowledgeable about a wide array of subjects. From workouts to recovery. I was extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Lynn-Essence and the entire staff at J sterling wellness and spa. I’ll definitely be back!!!

This is a great spa! Willie's massage was just what I needed. She is very skilled and attentive to any needs or requests. I highly recommend her. It's a very comfortable environment - relaxing and friendly. Alyssa at the front desk is very professional and welcoming. Can't wait to come back! Thanks to you both.

My entire spa experience was nothing short of amazing! Checking in with Alyssa was smooth and fast, she was very kind too! My massage with Vanessa put me right to sleep and has my body feeling brand new. I will for sure be back very soon 🙂

Rae was a wonderful therapist. She worked on my problem areas and made me feel super comfortable!!! I was so happy with them I scheduled my next appointment before leaving. The receptionist Sarah is knowledgeable and a calming presence.
