I've have a insurance mandated 6 weeks of therapy before they will consider a cervical MRI. I've been seeing Miranda for all but 2 visits. She is very knowledgeable and can relieve pain quickly. This past Tuesday I was in a lot of neck pain with vertigo. She put me on a table and manipulated my neck muscles, finding where the worst pain was and made it go away. The relief I felt when she was finished was amazing. I was able to perform the rest of the exercises she had me do with more flexibility than before. She is a gifted therapist!

I had a massive rotator cuff repair 4 months ago. I saw Johnny B for occupational therapy and I cannot say enough about the care I received. Johnny is so compassionate about helping his patients return to a normal lifestyle. My experience was so positive, I didn't want it to end!

I was very fortunate to be teamed up with Dr. Belinda Kirkland on my first post surgery rehab. Since then I have needed rehab on four more surgeries and I have insisted on Belinda being my physical therapist. She is very professional, honest, and results oriented and strives to meet the goals of totally recovery at which she succeeds very well. For having to go to rehab, sounds funny, but Belinda makes it worth it knowing that following her plan I have been successful in total recovery on all my trips. Hopefully i will not need her knowledge in the future, but if i do, i will be coming back to see her. The front office staff of Diane and Pam have also been very helpful in scheduling appointments and the atmosphere at the center is very positive and friendly with all the therapists.

I was in rehab with Dr. Amanda Garland from early December through mid April for rehab following surgery for a broken heel. My PT, Dr. Amanda Garland was terrific. She was attentive, well organized, effective, and fun (imagine that!). I was impressed with how well she was able to manage as many as 3 clients simultaneously. ALL the staff at the Mandarin facility are terrific!

Sonya makes miracles. She always have a smile and ready to help all the patients. Takes her time for each individual and makes it possible. She is professional, dedicated and a wonderful person. I am so lucky knowing her and taking care of me.
All staff at Mandarin location is great. Amanda and Kelly are wonderful too!
Pam and Diane make my day every time I go there. They helped me many times scheduling/rescheduling appointments. Chaz is the Site Coordinator which also I am grateful for the coordination and all the help provided to the staff.

I rehabbed before and after meniscus surgery. It's very clean. Kelly the PT was great in strengthening my leg muscles and giving me things to do at home. Kelly had me doing various exercises every week to change up the routine to build an even stronger muscle. I would recommend JOI rehab Mandarin to anyone who needed physical therapy.
