After arriving at the establishment we noticed that there was a strong cat smell in the building and within the first 2 minutes of waiting we were both attacked by fleas. Once we were greeted by her she tried to hug me after I put my hand out to shake her hand. I did not want a hug and was followed with the response “oh I guess we will have to dig down to find out about that”. Once we were in the room she proceeded to ask the person I was with how they and their family were doing and started bring up old stories from the past. After this I was given an uneasy feeling of biases. Once checking out there were several cats on the check out desk that we had to move to receive paperwork. If you want to see a professional I would not recommend her.

Jackie is a wonderful counselor with so much insight and experience. She is very knowledgeable and has such a tremendous compassion for her clients. Working full time, it was awesome to have a counselor who is also available for appointments in the evening hours. Her group sessions were also a great addition for support.
