I was referred to Jeff by a pain management Doctor for excruciating chronic low back pain (degenerative disks in my spine) and had some serious reservations regarding the efficacy of this treatment since it had never worked well in the past. However, after my very first session with Jeff I was amazed at how much better I felt and could stand and walk with very little of the pain I’d been experiencing for years. Also, his office manager, Anne is extremely polite, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you’re comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with their service and strongly recommend them as a natural supplement to pain management.

Ann at the front desk needs more training at her job. She argued with me about my copay only to call back to let me know she talked to billing and I was correct. I should have walked away then but I figured might as well give them a try. After going for first visit she wanted to schedule my appointment two weeks out. She schedule Monday and Thursday for both weeks. I show up on Thursday after waiting for 20 plus minutes she says I am not on the the schedule. I said well see if you wrote down the wrong day because I have the appointment card. She says I was only on schedule for one visit this week & two next week. Yet I have a card from her showing two visits for each week. She then tells me if I wait 3 hours she can work me in. I said what about tomorrow she said she has no appointments available. Then is unacceptable I took off work for this appointment I can't just come and go as I please. I have to schedule tine off and I can't wait for 3 hours. I told her to cancel my other appointments I would transfer somewhere else. She didn't apologize or give a hoot just said okay I will tell Jeff. Very disappointed with her organization and lack of accountability. They could have atleast took 5 minutes give me some exercise to do at my gym or home for the missing appointment or tried harder to work me in. One of the pt assistants was at her desk doing paper work.
