Let me start out and say I've seen a couple different therapists over the last few years and have never been impressed and left more emotionally drained than healed.

Jennifer is amazing! First appointment with her and I actually left feeling energized and vitalized. She listened to my story, and formalized a plan to help me on my journey. The energy she gave off is amazing. I had no issue opening up to her like I did with other therapists. She gave wonderful, thoughtful feedback and truly cares for my wellbeing.

Jenn has been my therapist for over 2 years ive actually followed her when she left the practice i started seeing her at. She has helped me grow so much as a person. She is very personable and she genuinely cares abort her patients. I have never been a fan of therapy until i started seeing Jenn. I recommend her to anyone who is ready to take that step and try therapy you will be so happy.

Jenn is a wonderful therapist. She is very understanding and caring and goes above and beyond. She always offers useful advice and is very insightful and of course when you just need to let it all out, she’s there to listen without judgement. Her office is always welcoming, cozy and a safe space.

I started seeing Jenn for some PTSD and trama but I continue to see her because she is a wonderful therapist. She is never judmental and always compassionate! She has helped me manuever obstacles and see from a different perspective on other things when needed. She listens and gives advice. I feel safe to talk about anything and that in itself is hard to find. I appreciate her.

I have been seeing Jennifer for sometime now and wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. Her office is definitely my safe haven to work through my many struggles, whether it be life choices, marital issues, or my struggles with the battle of addiction. Being a recovering addict I usually find it hard (nearly impossible) to trust others, I honestly don’t think it took 1/2 of our first session for me to find the trust in her that I need to be open and honest with another person. I feel very fortunate that I have her as a therapist, friend, and confidant.
