Basically I’m asking where has Jenny been all of my life. 30 year of deep tissue, Swedish, lomi lomi, Thai, reiki, Moroccan massages, and on and on and this is the first massage that ever touch the intense tension I carry in my shoulders and neck. My shoulders ride high because of it and after I see Jenny, they look normal. She also gets this points all over my body that I no idea were so tight and painful, but when she gets in there it’s like the sweetest relief. Definitely recommend!!

I went to Jenny for radiating sciatic/nerve pain down my
leg from a compacted disc after trying PT and anti-inflammatories with little relief and trying to avoid spinal steroid injections, chiropractics or surgery.
Since seeing her a few times a month, along with back and hip stretching at home, my nerve pain is diminished to about 10% of what is was (now an occasional dull ache), no back pain, minimal occasional glute/periformis discomfort, PLUS she has helped me finally sleep without my hands getting pins and needles (which has been happening for over ten years) and is keeping my recovery from a rough shoulder injury/ surgery from falling backwards. Her body work is not for the timid but IT WORKS!!!!

Jenny is an amazing deep tissue massage therapist.She makes a real difference in my body, health and life.
As a sports medicine physician, I am familiar with many types of massage therapy as well as physical therapy techniques. I personally have had massages from over 15 different massage therapists. I give my highest recommendation to Jen. She has an exceptional ability to understand and see the body in three dimensions and work on the whole body to release tension, decrease painful trigger points and tight fascia and muscle spasm, and correct long existing imbalances from contracted muscles.
Her deep work is not at all like a relaxing superficial stroking massage ( which in my experience does not alleviate or correct any of the painful or tight areas and is not even felt as a benefit 12 to 24 hours later ) Her work Has the effect of actually releasing realigning and correctly positioning, body parts that have been in pain or harmed by contractures or spasm. From the first treatment I had with her I knew she was an exceptional massage therapist above any others I had experienced.her technique is very demanding on her and she has used a variety of techniques to help me with some very chronic and debilitating problems.
She looks at the whole body, not just one part and works to treat and help the whole body by stretching, deeply releasing and then realigning tissues and , putting tight areas into the correct location. The effects of her whole body massage do last for many many days and weeks and suffice to have a total body, realignment and rejuvenation and relief of very painful parts of the body .
I give her my highest recommendation and encourage anybody with acute or chronic problems to see her for a complete evaluation and an incredible therapeutic very deep tissue therapeutic massage

As a Licensed Massage Therapist myself, I am very particular about who I let work on me. This was my first massage since moving to Florida. I'm happy to say that Jennifer was one of the best massage therapist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has more knowledge about myofascial work and trigger point therapy then the many teachers I have had over the last 15 years. She gets it!

With that said, I walked into her office with two locked shoulders and pain in my upper back and neck. I hadn't slept in 3 days. After my massage, I walked out without any pain and feeling a great deal of relief. On top of that, I know the work she did will continue to give me relief over the next few days.

Jenny, is the real deal and I highly recommend her.

Jenny was absolutely fantastic!!

Her spa has a very calming environment, comfortable table, clean, great oils. Jenny is completely professional, incredibly talented, perfect pressure, friendly, charming, and made my 90mins very relaxing.

Before the session she asked for a few spots that might need extra attention and she went above and beyond with those, adding some pressure point therapy and stretching along with the relaxing massage.
Jenny has incredible knowledge about the body as a whole system and has techniques that bring immediate relief.

I have been getting massages for the past 15 years, I honestly have to say that Jenny is one of the absolute best massages I've ever had. I can't wait to go back!

Jenny is by far one of the most highly skilled therapists around. She is knowledgeable, professional and thorough in her work. Jenny was very attentive to the stubborn knots in my back and I walked out feeling 10x better.
