Title: Exceptional Care and Expertise at Jersey Physical Therapy

I am a preventive cardiologist with regular Medicare and AARP United Healthcare supplemental plan. The pandemic years had accelerated the age-related deterioration of my balance and weakening of my core muscles and leg muscles to the point that I experienced several falls in 1 year causing bruises but thankfully, no fractures yet. This was alarming - if this downhill trend is not reversed, I might need a walker in 5 years. I never had physical therapy ever before and I did not know what to expect.

I just completed a three month personalized PT program that reversed this downhill trajectory. I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Marc Rubinstein at Jersey Physical Therapy, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked into their facility, I felt welcomed and in professional hands.

I worked with Marc Rubinstein and his staff for approximately nine months and had a very positive experience. He and the other therapist (Deepti Gandhi) took great care of me, guided my exercise routines, and patiently answered all of my questions. They also had a number of wonderful interns and other staff members who were terrific. I always got the sense that everyone at Jersey Physical really cared about your well-being. They were always supportive and encouraging - you felt like they were on "your team" in terms of helping you get better. I just finished 7 week PT with Jersey PT in Plainsboro for back pain. Both Marc and his assistant are very passionate and caring individuals. Facility is new and they are flexible in giving appointments to patients. Marc would spend great deal of time educating me on what I can and cannot do to not get hurt again. Marc also took some time to e-mail the whole physical therapy program at the end of my session. All the exercises that I had to do at home were very simple and easy to follow. I would recommend Jersey PT to my friends and family.

I went back again for few session with Marc and Jenna. Again they both did an awesome job in taking care of my pain. I strongly recommend them.

I have been to Jersey Physical Therapy for disc issues in my neck. Marc Rubenstein is an excellent PT. He helped me get back to normalcy within a few weeks. He also noted that my mid back was stiff and recommended a MRI to my doctor and they were able to find a disc bulge.
