When I came to visit Jill Haire a few years ago, I was a total mess! I blamed others for all my feelings and actions. Jill helped me to look towards myself and my actions to make the necessary changes in my communication skills to be a more effective partner, father, and friend. Her ability to communicate in order for me to see my own part in all situations was very effective! My wife and I have strengthened our relationship not just in a intimate way, but also in a spiritual way. I would definitely recommend Jill Haire if you are looking to become a better person, but only if you are willing to do some work!

Therapy with Jill absolutely changed my life for the better. My fiancé and I have seen her for a couple of years and the positive effects it has had on my life, mental health and relationship have been tremendous. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. It was my last interaction with her that made it clear she was a terrible therapist.
The sessions consisted mostly of her talking about her previous clients and how much she helped them with her skills, and how I and my partner would greatly benefit from her other types of therapy session (couples). She was very persistent in offering additional therapy sessions even after I politely declined each time. It's something that would come up every session for the past 2.5 months I was in her care. An example, during our last session it took about 25 minutes into a 48 minute session before she checked in on me and I was able to share my concerns that I needed help/advice handling.

I wasn't benefitting from our sessions so I choose to seek services with another therapist. When I notified her via text, I received an incredibly rude, unprofessional and just plain mean response. As someone who struggles with self-esteem and self-doubt, I forwarded her response to a few close friends and they all interpreted the same: Jill's response was belittling and undoubtedly unprofessional. It did upset me because she made reference to topics discussed during our sessions which I thought were confidential. A good therapist would've been understanding if I needed help elsewhere. She clearly isn't one of them. The reason I even bothered leaving a review is to warn others.

Jill taught me that therapy is more than just venting. It is a lifelong journey of self-love, re-parenting, and understanding how to communicate and cope with one's feelings. By really delving into your emotions and not just knowing what you feel but understanding why...you are given the ability to free yourself and push far beyond your wildest expectations.
