I must preface that today was my 11 year old son's first visit. When we accumulate some time I'll come back, and leave a more in depth review. Right off the bat I get a very good feeling here. The grounds where the office is located is beautiful, and tranquil. The waiting room is clean, and professional. The tone is calming with low lighting, and pleasant music just loud enough to linger in the backround but not be evasive. Our son is meeting with Lilli. I instantly had a great impression of her. She was very easy to talk to, welcoming, friendly, and straightforward. I could tell that my son, while still a little unsure on his first day, felt comfortable with her. Her demeanor seems perfect for working with children, and I get the impression that she cares very much for her craft. With time I can see my son becoming comfortable enough to open up with Lilli. Her office is very welcoming as well, and nicely decorated. The colors of the room are very easy on the eyes. The couch is extremely comfortable, and there's all kinds of neat little thing's to help children of all ages feel welcome, and at ease. I didn't have any reservations when it came time for me to give her and my son some alone time to get to know eachother. I am very hopeful that my son will be able to find his voice in there, and with Lillis help be able to overcome some of his anxiety. I love my little guy more than words can express, it's extremely important to me that we find him a place where he feels safe enough to express himself, and maybe even learns some thing's that will help lead a healthy life. The best thing is when our son was finished he told us that he wished that he could have stayed longer. That's a great sign!!

Then they refused to treat me based on my location. Don't talk the talk if you can't walk the walk.

I waited around a full month for their secretary to return my email, and then got turned away, not for insurance reasons but entirely based on location. Don't bother with these folks unless you want lies and a waste of time. They need to fix their broken systems.
