The staff is so polite and helpful. Always have a smile on their face. Dr. Jennifer is the best. She takes time to listen to you and what is going on with you. I could not have found a better staff and Dr. I am not from Florida we are snow birds so when I found The Johnson Riverside Family practice I was so surprised how friendly they are.

Was very pleased with service I was getting from this office up until my last order. Order was placed and not received, after two weeks I called to follow up, Sheri was helpful with finding my vial, however, ups returned due to a mishap on the ups app from Oct 2023. That was corrected and Sheri said she would contact them and see if they could reship with
The understanding that there may be a ship charges. No problem, understood. Called today to follow-up, And was told that it was discarded and they could order another at a discounted price. I requested a refund and was told that was not possible as it was not thier mistake. I just asked for refund minus her cost. Stay tuned.

UPDATE**
medication is NOT patient specific, as we were told. And for the record, wei was willing to compensate for cost to the facility,however, money was returned from the bank after we won, as always, thru the dispute. Same product ordered thru Graze Anatomy for far less money. Mark up on this product is astronomical.
