I hate this place, I was going her for quite some time and my councilor told me I was too depressed for her help anymore. Then told me after going through a tough time after my baby was born, to tell me everytime I left the room she had to spray the room because I left a oder behind.

I tried to become a patient here with Aaron Levy, and after my initial call, I had questions regarding billing and insurance, and was ignored for over a week until my appointment (which I didn’t go to because I was never answered) at which point I was called to ask where I was and I let Aaron’s office know that I wasn’t coming because I hadn’t received the very pertinent information.

At the time, I let them know that because of that, that I wouldn’t be coming to the office.

A few days later I got a call from the office confirming an appointment I didn’t make. When I pointed this out, I got a text message telling me that, despite my cancelling my appointments, and telling them that because of the new patient neglect that I wouldn’t be going, they apparently wanted to make another appointment and went ahead and did so without my knowledge.

It was incredibly unprofessional, bordering on incompetent, and I cannot recommend putting time and effort into them.
