I have been seeing my therapist here weekly since November when I fell into the lowest of lows for myself. My first session I cried more than I didn't. She wastes no time making a plan for her clients and we actually do work. It's not just a venting session for me. I have a friend who has been seeing a therapist for years and I have suggested things to her that my therapist and I have done and she says her therapist has never done those things. I hadn't ever done therapy before but I felt comfortable from day one (and I was so dreading the whole thing thinking it would feel weird) but it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I owe her more than I can truly express.
