I am glad I checked the reviews before actually going to her office!
Like others experienced her initial mention was billing / money. Without even contacting the insurance company she was telling me that the testing I was asking for would not be covered. (Despite it being medically necessary) To make matters worse, she was trying to find a way to bill my insurance before my initial visit. Her claim was that she was “trying to help me out”. I think I’ll just wait for the more professional offices that don’t sound like they are committing insurance fraud.

Don't... just don't. I saw her once. I think it was a year ago. Insurance forms were all over her desk... and she was busy filling out her insurance papers while I was talking!!! "Oh, I can do this, I'm listening."

She's been harassing me, saying I owe her money! Why? Because she couldn't figure out how to get the insurance company to pay for it. She's asked me to call the insurance company, too... and I did!

I just got another call! Omg... this is enough!
Dr Kassover, you took my insurance information. You said you accepted my insurance. That's the first thing you asked about! Now you've threatened to send me to collections!!!!? I'm not paying for your incompetence. You help me nothing!

I recommend Dr April Kassover, Psychologist with flying colors. I brought my 10yr old child to her for our of control behavior 2 months ago on a recommendation from a local Wellington resident and Mom.....After several visits, my child was a different little person in a most positive way. He seemed to have responded to her caring therapy when all else & everyone else failed. Dr.Kassover taught me skills of positive reinforcement and gentle discipline that I was not privacy to prior.With patience & consistency, everything turned out a success and he improved at home & in school! I am forever grateful for go ing to.Dr.K. with my son and our lives are remarkably happier & easier now. Thank you Dr.K. for your knowledge and brilliant understanding of children and your successful strategies. My family is overwhelmingly grateful for you support, professionalism and & intelligence as a Psychologist.

Horrible doctor. She did not even say hi when we arrived and started asking about the money before everything. Don’t go to this place. Don’t waste your time. Such a shame, she is psychologist. She needs a therapy for herself.

And this is being kind. I saw her 3 times, and that was 3 times too many. Beyond the fact that her nondescript office gives the impression of something out of One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, I found her frighteningly incoherent and erratic.
