Excellent Therapist Kate Posey is an excellent therapist. She listens to your every word. I'm a new patient only seen her a couple of times. I feel alot better then I ever had with other therapists. I've been threw quite a few. I recommend her highly.

I am writing this review 4 year after I visited her office. It did not occur to me in 2018 to write and let her know how helpful she was to me. I only had 4 session with her that completely help me handle situations with toxic family members that were attacking me after using me as their personal ATM/banking. Kate took the time to read every emotionally charged and hurtful letter and then help me understand the type of person that would do what they were doing to me. Needless to say, those people never paid me back as Kate predicted but her advice has withstand the test of time. Anxiety was a one time thing for me thanks to Kate's down to earth approach to my situation. Recently they have been trying to reach out to me and I've been replaying her counseling sessions in my head. Hence, the motivation to write this review

Kate is the best counselor I've ever seen. Down to earth, relates to my situations, fun, caring, and I always feel better after seeing her. She builds my confidence and gives me ideas on how I could look at things in a more positive manner. Suggests different ideas that can help with my circumstances on how I see or deal with situations. She is awesome I recommend her to everyone that I know. I've dealt with many overwhelming life changing circumstances over the last 5 yrs like break-ups, ex's, children, family issues, finances, stage 4 cancer, mother passing away and been depressed, stressed with a lot of anxiety, low self-esteem, etc and she is always helped me with all these issues and many more. Thank you Kate for being so awesome!
