I can’t rave about this office more. I have gone for individual and relationship therapy and everyone has been great so far. I have tried therapy many times in the past and have never matched very well with anyone. Cat and Mikaela I worked with myself and helped myself and my partners. I did not personally work with Brecken, but she helped get some answers from my partner that we couldn’t get with months of communication. I can’t thank them enough for their time and efforts. They really listen and care. Book the appointment.

This is such a comfortable and welcoming clinic! All of the staff that I have come in contact with have been kind, knowledgeable, and approachable which is so important to me as I was feeling nervous when seeking mental health care.

Kati Wells is the best therapist in the state. Many therapists and psychiatric professionals claim to integrate CBT into their practice because it is the gold standard in psychiatric treatment however, this does not mean they posses a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kati Wells does. If one is interested in finding a therapist with CBT certification they would need to contact the Beck Institute, the organization responsible with the creation of CBT, and be provided with a list of certified professionals in their state. There are two in the state of Arkansas and I have contacted the offices of both. Ms. Wells had an appointment scheduled with me within the week, where the other is not taking appointments and tried to pawn me off onto one of her trainees. I lay out this context to try and make it clear that when I say that Ms. Wells and her team are the uncontested best in the state, I mean it. Katie Wells CBT offices consists of the best, most down to earth, professional, and well educated individuals you could ask for. If they didn't I wouldn't have worked with them for over eight months. I can not thank Ms. Wells enough for her help in that time. Your mental health is important. Don't waste your time seeing subpar mental health workers. See the professionals in the most effective form of therapy in the world and go to Kati Wells CBT.

Kati Wells is an incredibly skilled and specialized therapist. She sets a high standard for ethics, professionalism, and privacy. I would recommend her without hesitation.

If your going for Autism screening. Go elsewhere. Just trust on this if you are a woman they don't know anything. If you have AuAdhd they couldn't fathom spending more individual time on understand the results. BPD is highly a blanket diagnosis and if there is so much trauma usually there's another reason.

I have had an amazing experience with this clinic. They have been working with one of my children for years. They are very qualified, caring and professional. I would not trust any other clinic with my child’s mental health.
