She’s very friendly but the office wasn’t sound proof. Though she switched to virtual meetings, I will be seeing someone else as she repeats herself constantly in different ways. She doesn’t help with any breakthroughs & I usually end up leaving feeling the same if not worse as I did coming in

I've seen her virtually for awhile now! I know a lot of people want a therapist they can see in person, but I say give virtual therapy a try. Kelley helps you feel empowered and has an authentic approach. I very much appreciate her!

Overall: average

This office is NOT sound proof. People in the main area where the elevators are can clearly hear the discussions within her office which is around the corner at least 20 feet away. I could clearly hear what her previous patient was saying.
That's a bit weird.

Office was comfortable but extremely small. (Decor was gentle)

She adjusts the Gottman method in her own way removing the atonement in infidelity. And chooses to tell patients/clients to forgive and get over it.
The only way to heal is to let it go but without, according to Gottman & Brené Brown, the atonement phase there's no way to move through the unresolved issues part of infidelity workout it.

Told my ADHD brain that talking the way I do is not helpful. Then asked my husband if "does she always talk in circles this way" where he stated yes.
I was honest and explained my MH illnesses beforehand.
She discounted my physical illnesses and said I need to "let them go and live a more positive life" and that was said in the elevator AREA where anything medical should never be discussed.

I feel she doesn't protect her clients and is NOT HIPPA compliant for privacy.
Often doesn't use secure portal for emails.

Not helpful but harmful to the ND community.
