I'm so sad I can't attend this therapy clinic anymore! My therapist Taylor Comstock was an amazing therapist, especially being my first time at therapy it was a wonderful experience! I hope to be able to work with her someplace else. The receptionists were always nice and considerate if I had to cancel appointments or switch therapists.

I had begun seeing a psychiatrist via zoom from Kemo individual and family therapy back in October of this year (2022). I work in a highly stressful and dangerous work field but had been off for approximately a month due to giving birth. I had begun to have struggles with anxiety and some depression due to a number of different variables in addition to having a newborn at home. I had 2 sessions with Pamela Burney total. During the first session she was very tentative and informed me that it sounded like I had some postpartum depression and set me up for 2 more appointments as well as weekly zoom meetings. The next week during our next soon meeting she called me by the wrong name. I understand they have a number of patients that they see so I let it slide, but then when I woke up for what I thought was to be our scheduled 3rd appointment, I never received a link to join a zoom meeting. I reached out to Pamela about it to which she said I must have been mistaken, however, I had written the date and time down as she told me appointment dates and time. Whatever, I let it go. She told me she would see me the following week for our next appointment. Next week came, no link again. During this process, I was not given any adequate help and was forced to return back to my highly stressful job without any clarity and still struggling. It has now been 5 weeks since my last actual zoom meet with Pamela Burney. I have not received one call or text from this office regarding what happened nor have I ever canceled any meetings or asked to no longer see a psychiatrist. It’s really sad to think that to them they most likely just see me as an additional paycheck but nothing further. I would not recommend this office. In fact I would heavily advise against it.

I really like the therapist I have there. Whenever I came into the office the receptionist were very nice, when I had to call in and cancel or needed to change it into a phone appointment. The receptionist always did it in a very timely manner. I’ve also never had an experience where somebody in the office was rude to me.

Mary Kemp Is an amazing therapist as well as knowledgeable and educated in medical conditions. She is friendly as well as her staff. My family would recommend her to anyone in need of therapy.
