After researching and calling 5 different Ketamine clinics, I chose this one because their provider called me back the same day I reached out to them. She explained exactly what I would be going through and also answered all of my questions, making me confident in my choice. The staff was very welcoming with their positive attitudes, knowledge and professionalism. Sonia (my provider) went over everything again and assured me I would have a positive experience. When the infusion was complete, everyone checked on me, and Sonia evaluated my experience and answered all of the questions I had. I followed the protocol and went back for one booster infusion.
