UPDATE: called again and explained that all my services were paid for months ago with no delivery of the final service. I mentioned that I would demand a refund including insurance money since it has been close to 6 months. And guess what happened? Received final report today. So to my fellow moms, dads etc. don’t give up!!!

Been waiting on report since early April, called numerous times and no follow up! I understand personal problems but there is still a responsibility to the patient. This is holding up my son’s further determination of care! What to do?

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team at Keystone Psychological. They were absolutely amazing and worked tirelessly to get the results back to us for our children's assessments with the school. They went above and beyond to ensure they gathered all the necessary information to provide the most objective and informed assessment possible. Without their dedication, we would still be stuck, searching for answers.

These children are absolutely amazing—charming, smart, and full of potential—they just need specific tools to help them reach their goals.

Keystone Psychological is a beacon of hope in a system that often turns its back on children like ours. They worked with us to find the best ways to support our children without relying on medication, ensuring that we were making the right decisions for their well-being. We need more places like Keystone Psychological, where the focus is on helping every child reach their full potential, whatever that may be.

This practice changed my life in the best ways. First, the supporting staff are incredible. Super friendly and so hopeful with navigating insurance usage. Second, the accredited therapists are amazing! I have been with Dr. Shay for 3 years. The tools she has instilled in me have provided me the understanding of myself and emotional tools to deal with situational depression and childhood trauma that I could never achieve on my own. She is caring and LGBT affirming which is difficult to find in the state of Florida. If you are looking for therapy services do yourself a favor and give them a try!

Dr Caramiello is beyond amazing. She really helped me overcome a lot of issues from the past, and coping in the present with everyday challenges. She is professional , but you feel like she is also a friend there for you. I’ve had some very strict therapists you cannot bond with. Highly recommend. Thank you for your help!!

I have been waiting for a final report from this doctor since January 2024. This is totally ridiculous! Keep leaving messages and no return call. Got an email stating that the doctor is having personal problems, and the report will be coming soon. That was 2 months ago!

They don't give you your child report back and they don't answer emails or phone calls. And I need the report to be able to help my kid and I feel very disrespected.

Evaluation final reports taking 4 months and nobody answers the phone, left 4 voicemails this week trying to get a status update on my son's report (His evaluation was in January/February its now may 24th) and got ZERO call backs
