My daughter attended here for VPK and my son attends now and the staff here is amazing. The director Beth is one of a kind she truly is the best! They really love and care about these kids. It makes me so comfortable dropping my son off everyday knowing he is in their care. They are on top of everything and are very good at communicating. If I could give them more stars I would!

Well, I usually am not one to leave reviews and often take my disappointments silently. However, since I was falsely accused of doing a poor review and calling corporate, Here’s the truth. My son originally came here when David and Christina were the owners. Excellent staff despite them having to close. I gave this daycare another chance when I heard they reopened. Initially, my experience was okay. The first issue was when my son was accused of hurting another child of a teacher who worked there. I was presented with a write up from the director, that not align with the story that was told to me by my child’s teacher. I let it go. Then I was harassed by another parent of a child who seemingly struggled to understand basic parking rules. I addressed the concern with the director and was lied to TWICE that she had spoken to the parent. The parent continued to Harass me and eventually I started coming at a different time to avoid unnecessary drama. My child is also nonverbal, therefore it was a bit nerve wracking to leave him here with adults who are paid to watch these children but often spend their time on their phones, talking about children and their families and even allowing someone to come on the grounds and began drama that placed the children at risk for harm. In the recent days , the only teacher that my son actually felt safe around was fired due false accusations. My son will not return and I advise that others keep their children away from here until the staff is replaced with teachers who actually care. The teachers here apparently struggle with honesty. There’s been several times that I will ask about how my child did during the day only to be lied to about it. Now I will say my son does exhibit behavioral concerns and often imitate other children. Therefore, I think it’s necessary to be honest upfront than to be lied to and asked not to return “because they are tired of him” later. Please be mindful about where you spend your money because this place is not worth it. Furthermore, since I’ve already been accused of calling corporate, I will be doing so following this review.

I was a stay at home mom for three years, and I dreaded the idea of sending my kids to daycare for the first time. After searching for a daycare in the area I found everywhere to be unaffordable for our situation, or unavailable, Then I found KidCity, not only are they affordable but I feel like my children’s teachers truly care about them and want to see them succeed. Both of my children have learned so much in the short period of time they have been there. I’m so thankful for the director and the teachers at KidCity and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their children to be we will taken care and for you to have peace of mind.

My daughter attends here and soon to be my two daughters! The staff is wonderful and friendly and always smiling! They take great care of my baby girl and she is always happy to see her teacher as well as the other teachers in the morning! I know that she is being treated amazingly and cared for amazingly. I would absolutely recommend Kid City USA to anyone I know!

Kid City USA is an amazing daycare. The owner is absolutely amazing as well as the rest of the staff. My daughter loves it here. It’s a very clean, safe and loving environment at kid city. I highly recommend anyone looking for a daycare to come to Kid City USA you won’t regret it!

And on the 5th day of enrollment, my daughter was neglected ALL DAY!

My daughter (23 months) began enrollment at Kid City USA in Gainesville, FL on 6/3. When picked up on Friday, 6/7 after getting home she began to act erratic and I was unsure why until I took her to take a bath to see if that would calm her down. When I started to take off her shoes and pants I smelled a really strong urine smell. Me and her father coparent and we buy different brands of pull ups. That morning he sent her to school with the pull ups he provides at his home and I provided the pull ups for the daycare facility for them to change her. She was not changed at all on Friday 6/7 as she had on the same pull up her father dropped her off in and it was brown inside. She was so physically irritated that it took a few hours for her to calm down, but continued to scratch the irritated area throughout the weekend. Thank you Miss Elizabeth (Beth) Williamson for showing us a warm welcome into this wonderful facility. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!

P. S. I sent 10 pull ups with her on 6/3 and on 6/10 the director Beth handed me back 6 while still trying to explain that she had been changed everyday.

Went and viewed this facility before we moved to put my daughter in and it was a well kept up facility. Very clean even for it pouring rain outside all week, the floors and playground were still clean. All of the teachers were very nice and seemed very educated. I wish we didn’t move because my daughter would be going there.
