We love Kid City. I started my daughter here in the midst of the pandemic, and they made us feel right at home. We trust them, respect how they do things, and so appreciate how they manage everyone and everything. Our family has had a tough year, and we feel nothing but love and support from the Kid City team. They really are wonderful. Thank you Carolann, Ashley, Mrs. Elizabeth, Mrs. S, Mrs. Linda, and the rest of the team.

Absolutely love this place… Best place for your child!
It’s not a place when you drop your child off they say: here are some toys go play and keep an eye on them. No… It’s well structured by a lovely lady called Mrs Carolann who runs it.
She hand selected her carers who are the most amazing care team (Elle one of her carers is an absolute blessing).

Our son who’s 6, when it’s school break goes and absolutely loves it as much as his sister who is full time.

I wish we would have started here years ago, My daughter is so excited everyday when I bring her. We love everyone that works here and are so pleased with her teacher. They are very organized and well managed.

The staff here is amazing! Especially Ashley at the front desk!..... highly recommend!! Very clean! ...unfortunately my 1 year old daughter wasn't ready for daycare yet but we will be back when she gets a little older and mommy is more prepared! Lol

Apart from family, these are the only people I trust with my children. The staff here is fantastic, our children are well cared for and receive great socialization with other children. We love this place.

I absolutely love this daycare. They staff go above and beyond to make my daughter feel loved and supported. It is clean and very welcoming. I love the fact that they provide breakfast, lunch and snack. For a parent that is on the go it is very helpful. My daughter loves this school and so do I.

This was a five star daycare, last week. Lisa was a wonderful owner and really cared about her business, her staff and most of all the children that were in her care. From the first day I felt very confident leaving my beautiful boy in the care of her teachers. Lisa did everything in her power to make sure parents were aware of how their children were doing, if there was a problem or just to say a kind word about their child. Audrey, from corporate, starting making her presence known a couple of months ago and the atmosphere changed. Audrey is very rude and very greedy. She lacks any professionalism whatsoever to be allowed to run a daycare where she has to interact with the public, much less children. I watched her last week belittle and yell at Lisa in front of quite a few children and parents. It was so bad that the police had to be called to remove her, three times. She has since stolen the business from one of, I will venture to say, the best owners this corporation has ever had. She says that she will keep the facility open but beware, your child will become nothing but income to her. I know for a fact she wants to cram pack each class with up to 30 children so that your child will get zero personal attention and will be corralled in a room like livestock. Do your child a favor and seek another facility, they will not be happy here. I'm very sad at these turn of events, my son was very happy here for a year and I hate the thought of finding another place for him but I refuse to subject him to Audrey and her crassness.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this daycare and their staff. I can go to work and know that my children are getting the care they deserve! My 3 kids and I are blessed to be apart of their hive!
