Terrible experience!!! TRUST ME DONT BRING YOUR CHILD TO THIS MESS OF A DAYCARE. It’s pretty ridiculous. How unorganized this daycare is. My son didn’t even last a month in this daycare. Oh, and don’t even ask to meet your child’s teacher because it won’t happen.!! It’ll take weeks before you’re able to even see your child’s teacher face-to-face. I constantly wrote notes in my child’s notebook, and got no response. And I also sent my son to school with all new school supplies with his name on it for him to come back the very next week With none of his things. Ridiculous!!! They go all day without taking the children to use the potty. The playground also looks like a dump!! And they also lose jackets and other clothes I’ve brought for my son. Claiming I never brought a change of clothes for him, when I know I did. So supposedly, they misplaced them, which I don’t understand how that happened when his name was written on it.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 0 star

My daughter has been in this Daycare since she was 2 years old. She now is 4 four and her learning from this school is extremely good. The staff are very good never had complaint about this day care

My granddaughter has been at the Academy for 4 years. At first daycare, then preK, it has been a very good experience. Her parents and I trust them with our most precious gift . She has taught a lot in a great nurturing and learning environment. The teachers and staff are very trustworthy and devoted .

Excellent school, my daughter is happy since she started a year ago, she loves her teachers, the staff is excellent, they treat my daughter very well, she has learned new skills and has many friends. We are happy in this school and so is our daughter.

Terrible experience. I pulled my daughter out as soon as I could.
1st: Playground looks old and nasty and the toys need to be thrown out.
2nd: She has way too many classrooms, never knows what is going on and teachers come and go( she says my child had more than 1 teacher and changed classrooms everyday)
Every time I came to get my daughter she was in a different room)
3rd: I asked to meet my child's teacher, it was always an excuse or run around to see who was taking care of my daughter throughout the day
4th:I pick my child up DCF is outside and the police over accusations for another child. (the parents called dcf)
5th: I packed my daughter's pampers, wipes, cup. My daughter comes home with different diapers on, different cups and bottles in her bag. Other people's blankets.
6th: She lost 3 of my child's blankets and made the excuse that she washes the clothes for the children. How do you know what soap my child uses ? How is that safe?
7th: I am calling her after I pulled my daughter out the school. I need tax forms to file my taxes . I get constant excuses and now she won't answer the phone or text me back. Extreme headache just avoid at all cost.
8th: They have no organization over the books or money, they dont know whether you paid or not.

Amazing daycare. They are the best here. They treat my kids and me like family. My kids are so loved here and they have both learned so much. I would recommend this daycare to anyone!!! I can’t thank them enough for everything they do!!!

I had to call twice, different days, and the lady who I spoke with (I think it's the owner or director) was very rude. She wanted to hang up on me while I was still asking her a question. I guess she didn't feel the need to be attentive, because she was already full for the summer program. Hopefully the rest of her staff is better-mannered than she.
