I would like to commence by commending the therapist. Massiel is the most exceptional therapist I have encountered, exhibiting remarkable compassion and dedication to her profession. I have observed significant progress in my daughter's development within a few weeks of attending physical therapy, as well as with her speech therapist Leidy. Regarding the front desk staff, Kristy and Leirys have consistently provided helpful and courteous service, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. They are well-informed and always greet with a smile. However, I have experienced a different level of service from the front desk manager. Today, I was informed by Kristy about the tablet sign-in process. They probably did inform me about this in my daughter’s first appointment, but I never had to sign in the tablet after. Kristy offered to assist me, but Nadia instructed her not to, stating that it was common sense. I find it notable that the front desk staff, Kristy and Leirys, exhibit more professionalism and courtesy than the manager. I suggest providing Nadia with additional training to enhance her communication skills and professionalism, empowering her to inspire a more positive experience for clients. Alternatively, consider assigning a different manager to ensure a more uplifting experience for clients. Due to this incident, I am unable to provide a five-star review, but I hope this feedback is acknowledged and sparks growth and transformation.

I've been here for over 6 months now for my son and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else because they're so understanding, patient and accommodating. They will help and exceed your child needs .

The place is amazing the staff is super friendly and helpful my son go to Miami lake location and the Therapist for occupational aida and also jenifer from Spech they are really good and so happy with my child progress 👍

Amazing staff and therapists! My daughter was diagnosed last year with asd, she receives speech and occupational therapy (we will be starting behavioral soon) and the progress she has made is astronomical. She was completely nonverbal when she started in 2021, now she communicates both verbally and using sign language. We're still a long way from where we want her to be but I feel so blessed to know she has an amazing team guiding her to fruition. Not only do they support the children, but the parents as well. They are extremely resourceful, and have no problem sitting with you and helping you fill out applications or forms. 10/10 would recommend!

Horrible! I had been trying to get my son in for speech therapy for over 3 weeks. After I finally obtained an appointment, I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen incident. When I let the front desk know about it, they tell me that they will call me back with an appointment. Long behold, almost a week later and they never called. I decided to call them and when I let them know that I never received a call, the lady wants to state that I need to call them. When I mentioned what I was advised, she dismissed it. Their communication is the worst. They aren't professional at all. No phone etiquette or people skills. How am I supposed to trust you with my toddler if you can't even treat the parent right? Definitely looking for another place where my son and I can feel like we're receiving the help needed. They should understand that therapy, whether it's speech, occupational or physical, these are children and parents in need. This isn't your house in Hialeah with your chusma family. These are kids in need of help. Act more professional people!! I don't leave reviews often but I had to here. Hope this place changes their ways or leaves the community.

I don't have enough good words to describe this place and their therapists. Jessica and Adrian are very caring and warm and, best of all, we could see results after only a few weeks of therapy for our son. I could not ask for a better experience! (Dylan A. Mom)

Don't waste your time or money. This place is very dirty, zero hygiene of mats or toys, therapy method didn't work at all with our toddler. He doesn't like the therapist nor the exercises. The waiting area for parents is on a different floor, they don't allow parents in the session area so you don't know what is going on. Our toddler starts crying 2 days before every therapy when he knows he has to go there. Therapist would enforce his method without any effort on motivating the kid.

My son has been receiving therapy from Kidscare Therapy Center for many years now. The staff, management, and therapists are professional. The therapist are really nice and update you with your child’s goals and achievements. I’ve never encountered a problem. The center is always well kept and has a friendly atmosphere. My son is currently working with Massiel Fernandez-Britto for physical therapy. She works well with my Autistic son. She is always on time, very polite, and understanding.
