As a mother, there is a certain type of anxiety that comes with dropping off your child at daycare. From day 1, I have felt at ease taking my son to KidsPark. I literally feel like I'm dropping him off with family. All the staff is friendly and attentive. The place is clean and I'm so glad we decided to choose this spot. As a business owner myself, I understand how important the customer experience is. To ownership- Please hold on to the staff you currently have. Because of them I'm leaving this review!

I'm starting to feel like centers out here express empathy when it comes to children with special needs initially but it turns out to be negative after enrolled. I am working with KidsPark because my son has needs and they reassured me as a mother he is in good hands. Lately, despite expressing to the school his special needs and providing tips to the staff my advice is ignored and instead he's being written up and I'm being taunted regarding his special needs. I'm hoping this proves to become a much better experience parents have it hard enough but it's almost as if kids with special needs are a burden here instead. I'm hoping to work with the director on this my son is not a "bad" child when I ask what led up to specific incident so I can help manage and follow up, I'm not given the full picture I'm not given any indication that the staff helped him to resolve and to calm his needs which is contrary to what I've been telling the staff and the director. If you have kids with special needs you really might want to spell out everything regarding this here. At some schools I'm not saying kids park is doing this but some will take your money or whatever saying that they can support their needs and then you're stuck trying to find another center in the middle of a work week during high inflation. I really like the center and I'm hoping it can turn around. UPDATE: The center is working on making sure the teachers gets the tips and advice they need to help. I really appreciate the compassion and they are doing their due diligence. I am happy and this has been the best of the centers my son has been to. Other centers didn't understand his special needs and would find any reason to disenroll him and it was a roller coaster of ups and downs. I appreciate KidsPark for correcting things and keeping me informed.

My 3yo son loves it here! The staff are so kind and greet my son with excitement, and by name! I always appreciate Ms. Elvi updating me at pickup. It makes a convenient safe space for date nights, errands, and even backup care.

Apparently I left the review under the wrong location after receiving a email to take it down like it was a bad review. Here’s what I said “Today is my son’s first day. We both did a tour a day before. He liked it and had fun playing with the kids. I’ll update this AFTER I pick him up. Some of the reviews seem too good to be true. But we’ll see.” Update… Jace enjoys going to KidsPark but nothing or no one is perfect. He just likes going to play with other kids. His other siblings are a lot older than him. He’ll go until he no longer wants too.

This place is just what I've been looking for! ? As a work from home mom who can't afford monthly daycare fees, their hourly rates are perfect for getting a few hours of uninterrupted work done. The staff is kind and attentive and helpful with my son's delayed potty training! My only hope is that they open up a branch a little further west ?

Very place and the employees goes above and beyond. Since my son Mustapha started here he has improved big time. I will recommend this place to any parents. Great people and great attitude.

I've been bringing my son here for a few months now and he's 2.5 years old. He's had a difficult time adjusting to being dropped off since he's always been with me 24/7 since birth. Over time he's improved and is now ready to play when I drop him off. I can't thank the staff enough for their patience and paticipation with helping my son feel comfortable with this transition. Particually, Ms. Elvi and Ms. Milli, I've noticed take special care with my son and give me extra details when I ask how his time went while he's there. They also would show a lot of patience for my questions. Thank you both so much! I came to KidsPark Arrowhead for the affordability and convenience of it's hours but I'll be staying for the caring staff. FIVE STARS :)

Kidspark (specifically this location) has been so helpful for our family for the last 6 months. Every teacher our daughter has met here has been extremely caring and attentive to her needs. Even when she was still potty training they understood not to put her in a pull up when she had an accident and one of the carers actually gave me some great advice on how to help her through that transition. My daughter doesn’t need to go here often, but that doesn’t change the fact that she is greeted with the best possible treatment every time. I’d recommend KidsPark to everyone!
