I’m leaving this review as I am waiting for our confirmed 9:30am appointment. We arrived early as requested of course, at 9:15am. It’s 10:20. Still waiting. I have to get my child to a summer program and get myself to work in a hour and a half. This is not acceptable treatment. Also while the note on the wall with the QR code would suggest you are looking for a 5 star review. I’d work on earning it.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with kidz care. My appointment was scheduled for 2:50, were weren’t seen until 3:20. My child was found to have strep and even though school requires you to keep your child home at the first sign of sickness they won’t write note to cover you from unexcused absences. I won’t be returning!

MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9:40 its currently 11:01 & i still havent been seen. they made me strip my babys clothes & blasting the ac & every single baby is crying in here waiting on a doctor to see them! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Wonderful pediatric office! I love Dr Awad. He's friendly and compassionate. They were very busy with school physicals but handled everything in perfect order. I'm happy to bring my granddaughter here and pleased to have such a nice doctor for her. The entire staff was professional and kind.

This office called me to schedule annual physicals for my children and told me Dr Panicker would be there on a Saturday. After waiting an hour to see Dr Panicker we were called back and then were told she was not there. We left. I had confirmed via text an appointment with all four of my children’s names for 10:10. Two days later I received another text asking me to confirm the appointment for 10:20. On Saturday at 8:30 the office called me to confirm the appointment again. I told them I confirmed via text days before. Then, on my way to the office I received a voicemail asking me to leave early because of the new patients. My children have been seeing Dr Panicker for about 15 years. I’ve been to this office before with some of my children. I didn’t drive all the way from State Road 54 to introduce my children to a new pediatrician. This office was dishonest with me.

I love the doctors they are very personable. But the WAIT time is getting ridiculous. It will take 40-70 mins for you to be seen. They need to have a better system in place, maybe make the patients wait in the waiting room til the doctor will be ready in 20 mins… not 60 mins in a room with crying babies.
