This KinderCare is the place for your child. When I first was looking for a daycare for my daughter I visited many locations and stumbled on this one. I met the director Mrs. Sinora and she had so much personality and was very warm, and inviting. Out of all the daycares I visited she made me feel at ease as a first time mommy. To be honest this review is long over due! My daughter started when she turn 1, fast forward to today she is 2 and thriving! She learned to walk at this daycare, and so much more! She comes home and sings new nursery rhymes, counts, ABC's, and so much more. She lovessss her teacher Ms. Sakira, and Ms.Tara. These ladies are the best! Thank you for all you do! Ladies. If you looking for a daycare. Look no further. Best daycare! #Amishasmom

If I could give zero Stars I would. Daughter was continuously coming home with rashes and almost bleeding at some points. Teachers were RUDE and didn’t communicate with parents. Director wanted to gaslight me and my partner because this is our first child. Daughter would come home looking very depressed. Came home with a busted lip and I was given a half a** excuse with no witnesses. Teachers refused to update the app and give me updates on my daughter consistently. They would post pictures of my daughter crying LOL. Unprofessional. My daughter hated that place. All of this occurred within a month. She has since moved on and is very much happy at her new daycare, smiling when she comes home, and has yet to come home with a rash. Essentially, FOLLOW YOUR GUT PARENTS! Dont let these daycares talk to you or treat your child any kind of way. If it feels off, IT IS!

I absolutely love this center (Kimberly Blvd). Initially, I was hesitant about having to choose a center because I’ve never had a small child in daycare before. Ms Tiffany and the rest of the staff are nothing short of amazing. They are proactive rather than reactive at Kimberly Blvd. My son enjoys his time at school and is learning so much while being there. Definitely recommend this facility!

The only reason they get a 4 star is because of some of the staff approach can be challenging. But I must say this school has been a blessing for my sons that attended here, well one of them is still there. So I decided to give a honest review, because even though the experiences has not always been pleasant, I am truly thankful for Kimberly Kindercare. My oldest son (who is 12 now) attended KC from the age of 2-5 when Mrs. Gloria McKissie was the director, I mean an AMAZING director, who ran the center with so much love, patience, fun, & motherly love, my son left there on a 1st grade reading, math, & phonics level. Now my youngest son goes here and been here since he was 13 months old and he has been taught proper grammar, a little Spanish, and now beginners sight words, and much more. They both were/is always eager and excited to go to school, so that made me happy and peaceful while at work. But then we experienced the not so great side with the center due to both of my sons are ADHD with a lot of energy so a lot of times new staff aren't aware of how to handle them until after speaking to them during times where they have mishandled a situation or the constant telling on a daily basis of the actions of my kids are normal, to them the would say it's not normal. A couple of staff I would love to acknowledge because they are what childcare needs to help parents feel safe and confident in a school, are Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Nadia, Ms. B, Ms. Brittany, Mrs. Sobatta, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Sonora, and Ms. Danielle. These ladies have not only impact the experience for my boys but for me, That's why every chance I got I would buy them lunch, breakfast, and gifts to show my gratitude and appreciation to them for making the experience with my boys AWESOME. But these two young ladies are like aunts to my boys because of their understanding of my boys personalities, Ms. Nadia and Ms. Alexis Thank you for the great job you do with my little busy mayor lol. Ms.Alexis handles EVERYTHING with love care and most of RESPECT no matter how she feels in every situation. Thank you again.

Horrible director. Rude assistant director. Dirty, smelly classrooms. VPK Kids not taking care of properly and are not encouraged when they don't know the work. Teachers are consistently yelling at the kids. My kids attended this preschool since the age of two when it was under different management. And new management seem to never notified me right away when an issues have occurred (i.e. my kid has been scratched to the white meat by another kid in the same class, my kid was sick to the point of throwing up) with no disciplinary action or sanitary actions done. Incident reports given to me, that I refuse to sign, due to the fact that I was not notified until I came to pick up my kids at the end of the day (6pm). My last straw was when the other kid was physically harmful to my daughter and Ms.Abby refuse to acknowledge that their was something going on. I finally transferred my girls to another Kindercare and the turn around results with my girls was immediate. They were no longer crying in the morning to get ready for school. They didn't put up a fight to do homework. We are Always greeted with a smile at drop off and pick up. And one of my girls is autistic, but very low on the spectrum scale and usually does not handle transitioning very well... she does not give me any problems when it come to talking about her new school/teachers, her ability to communicate with details are improving everyday, willingness to do homework has been awesome. I should've transfer the kids at the first sign of the Change of management but I wanted to give Ms.Abby the benefit of the doubt. My girls and I are much happier now that we've move to another Kindercare. By the way... I'm also paying a little more at the new school but it is diffinetly worth every penny.
