We went in and were the only patients in the whole place, which was awesome. Intake was quick and easy, and got seen by the nurse shortly after completion. Testing of my child was easy (although I wasn't happy with delayed testing results when an earlier administration of antibiotics would have been beneficial). Doctor was very kind and helpful, answering my child's questions. I'd go back again.

Wonderful and amazing staff. I am so grateful to everyone there- they called an ambulance while my daughter was there having trouble breathing. I got lost following the ambulance to the hospital and called them for directions/confirmation- I was a mess, and they were so calm and helpful. Everyone there from the front desk, nurse and doctor are just wonderful and I am so grateful to them.

I just moved to this town and was looking for an urgent care. I came here because my boys were not feeling well. As I walked in a worker was cleaning and sanitizing which made me extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice and the clinic was clean. This will be my family’s Go-To urgent care from now on!

The office was very clean. The receptionist, Lauren, was helpful & friendly. Doctor Cynthia was approachable and thorough. It was worth our trip from out of town to be seen here, I’d recommend to friends & family in North NJ.

I’m giving this place two stars because the staff was friendly, otherwise they would have been receiving one. The lack of care my infant son got from the doctor was poor to say the least. I was the only one in the waiting room so it wasn’t a need for the doctor to rush. She walked in the room and didn’t introduce herself. She took two minutes to exam my son and suggested a medicine I told her no longer worked on him. I felt she wasn’t compassionate and that makes me not want to go back to this office. If you don’t have good bedside manner maybe look into another field.

We had on amazing attention to our son, who came in with a horrible ear, pain, screaming, and crying. The nurse and the doctor acted quickly given him pain medication and within 20 minutes he was calm. Thank you so much to all the stuff and the doctor for taking care of our son!

PLEASE READ. I went to this location around 9:30 at night because I had an urgent medical emergency. Online it says they are open until ten, most decent urgent cares who care about their patients would make the time to see them but instead they decided they were done seeing patients!! This shows they clearly care more about getting home than the well being of others. Very disappointing.

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING TO THIS LOCATION! I took my child to this location for a fever. My child also complained of an ear ache when the nurse asked for her symptoms. The doctor (Gulnara Rubinshteyn) checked the ears and noticed some wax. The doctor decided to remove some of the wax to get a better look. Upon removal, my child became extremely uncomfortable and did not want the wax removed. The doctor continued to attempt to remove the wax as my child resisted (crying, kicking, screaming etc.). The doctor scratched the ear during examination, causing it to bleed. My child cried and complained of severe ear pain for the remainder of the day. When I called to speak with someone regarding the injury, the person that answered the phone suggested that the injury was self inflicted. This is unacceptable and also extremely unprofessional. The doctor and the person that answered the phone had zero compassion for my child’s injury and for my concerns. I do not suggest this location for anyone that wants quality care. This is the 3rd issue (the other two being minor in comparison) that I had at this location and will not be returning.
