I give them 5 plus! The staff at this hospital went over and above to get me to the point where I'm almost back to my normal. The staff is friendly and always asked me if there was anything extra they could do to make it easier on me. I’ve never met a group of people in a hospital with this kind of work ethics. Most of the staff here are wonderful very caring and show a great deal of compassion Nurse Brandy, James, Sari, and Nakia stood out the most because even if they didn’t have my son as a patient they always made sure to just take a peek at him and keep up with his progress As far as CNA’s Mr. Charlie, both Rose’s Ms. Eva and Shelby were awesome. The respiratory team are also awesome Amy, Patty and Christ stood out the most for their encouragement and support. The entire Rehab team were awesome keep up the good work ladies. Last but not least Restorative team you young ladies keep doing what you do my son is thankful to you all.

Five stars are not enough, if we could give 100 we would. Bill, Laura, and Kevin went above and beyond to make certain our transition from Ascention to rehab was seamless. Do not let the age of the facility deter you, the space is well maintained, clean, with amazing staff. Everyone from security, OT/PT, administration, nursing, cafeteria staff and more were kind, gracious, and helpful. They make customer service a priority which was is a breath of fresh air in today's world,

We are beyond thankful for the experience and cannot recommend this facility enough!

A big thank you for taking care of my husband . Thanks to all the amazing and caring staff he is doing so good. You all did an excellent job taking care of him for over one month (June 28 to July 30, 2024. Special thanks to the CEO and the doctor from Ibrahim Heart Clinic. My mother Luz Martinez received care at your facility and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding care she received from your dedicated team. My mother has been suffering for the last 1.5 years and has been in and out of multiple facilities and I just can't speak highly enough about your team. Starting with Susan the CEO who took the time to personally provide us with a tour and made us comfortable regarding the care and expertise of the team. Dr. West who is absolutely amazing, taking the time to communicate with us daily to provide updates and welcomed all questions. Nicole Zaffino nurse practitioner who was just fabulous, compassionate and caring , taking the time to provide updates and welcomed all questions. To the amazing, caring and compassionate bedside caregivers, Annette, Chris, Gary, Cynthia, Jennifer, Matt, Michelle, Fran, Amy and Paula the dietician. This care team was just amazing!! I especially want to recognize Annette, Chris and Amy who I cant thank enough for their care and counsel, I myself have had many days where I didn't know which way to go with my emotions and they were very reassuring, compassionate and caring not just for my mother but for me as well. I didn't worry about my mother in my absence as I knew that she was in great hands!! Thank you all for the excellent care and service you provided to my mom and my family!!

After suffering a stroke I was placed here at kindred in gcs. I was doubtful upon getting here on the progress I would make. I was instantly welcomed like a family member. The staff from the doctors to the therapist was total professional. Bill, Jeff, Rebecca, Karen, and the others in the therapy dept, outstanding people! All of the RNs did a outstanding job. Cafeteria staff, kudos, you guys rocked. Overall the visit was well and above my expectations, tomorrow I go home with a better confidence.
